Terry has helped many of my Buyers with their loans. She has gone over and beyond the call of duty to help them get their loan. She is reliable and a professional. I highly recommend her.

Poor follow up. I contacted this lender and felt she was very knowledgeable and easy to speak to. After our initial conversation I spoke with a couple other lenders which led to some additional questions I had for her. I was able to contact her after hours through text, which I found helpful. Just as I was trying to clarify her fees she stopped responding. I followed up with another text and still no response. I called her the next day and was forwarded to her voice mail. I then received a text asking me to text my questions because she couldn't speak. I told her that I was following up with our previous conversation because I had not received a response and, again, she failed to respond. There hasn't been any follow up on her part in any form despite having a very clear understanding of the fact that I am in the purchasing process.

Terry Melon is a joy to work with. Accurate and ontime. Thanks for all you do for my buyers and sellers.

Would like to have a good review. It unfortunately she ran my credit then never responded. After calls, emails, and texts I heard nothing. This is the worst thing that could have happened since I was trying to buy my first home. Please find someone who is reliable or at a minimum can reach out and explain rather than screwing up your credit with a check and never hearing a work.
