If I could give Infiniti Mortgage more than 5 stars I would! My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and had a little different of a situation when it came to our home purchase. I happened to find Infiniti online and am SO glad I did. Heather is one amazing woman! She was extremely thorough and helpful. She answered all of our questions every step of the way and made sure we knew what was going on at all times. She was also quickly responsive which I appreciated. Heather is one of the kindest, most easy to work with human beings I have ever met. We closed on our house last week (while my husband was sick). Although the end of her job was done she still called me to check in on him after the fact. I appreciate Heather and Infiniti Mortgage so much! Thanks to them, my husband and I finally own a home. If you are contemplating working with them, please do it. I promise, you will not regret it!

Heather has made the mortgage process as seamless and easy as I could possibly imagine. From the time I first contacted Heather to get pre-qualified, she was able to break down the process into easy to follow steps which put my mind at ease during this busy time of life. She has been timely, attentive, and assisted us in being able to close a week earlier than planned. She is very kindhearted and a pleasure to work with. I hesitate to write this review, because if everyone finds out how incredibly diligent and proficient Heather is, she will be too busy to help me in the future! I was mostly impressed with her professionalism and how personal she is. She actually answers the phone too! In a day where customer service is going out the door, Heather makes up for it. I absolutely love her, not just as a broker, but hopefully as a friend in the future!
