Buying a home can be stressful. Especially in this market where people are upsizing and staying put. Ben came recommended by fellow military personnel. I made an appointment and he was flexible with my schedule. When I got to his office everyone was masked, there was hand sanitizer available, and the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and the staff were kind. Ben went above and beyond to help educate me on my first home. He answered most of my questions before I could even ask, and was patient with the few questions I had. He and his staff have kept in contact guiding me through the ever-changing requirements of the VA, which can be scary to face alone. Making a commitment to a home is a big move. We became homeowners very late in life however when it came time to refinancing we chose to stay local and we're glad we did. The entire process was smooth with very little bumps along the way. My husband and I are blessed to use the indigo mortgage. The service we received was out of the world experience. We have used this company also four years ago and was completely satisfied with our experience so once we decide to refinance we knew they would be our first choice. We have work with the owner before; a honest, respectful, courteous and God fearing man. When he ask me to work with his brother I was a bit unsure but I trust in him tell me give him a try and I honestly can say there was no different in the treatment. Why We give this company a five stars they were straightforward about all We need to do and no false promise, they work in a timely manner and keep you updated and every development that take place. They work hard for you, our interest rate is unbelievable. Honestly I have friends with way better credit score than my husband and I and our interest rate way better than theirs. They ask me how that is. The bottom line you need someone who is going to do everything in the power that is honest for you and that is what we have found. So five stars is something I hardly ever give because it mean near perfection since no one is ever perfect. They earn our five stars .

Great company, I tried to work with some other lenders who said they could not help me even with my VA loan because I have student loans. I have dealt with Ben Lucero at Indigo mortgage company on a couple of refinances and have had the best service ever. The process was so smooth, quick and efficiently done. The staff is very friendly, well qualified and so easy to deal with. If want your home loan or refinance done, I suggest you go to Indigo Mortgage Company and give them a try. You won't regret it.

My loan documents did not match the quoted price during signing in 2019. No big deal, but I was irritated and it seems a little devious. Turns out I've been paying taxes on someone else's parcel for the last three years. I asked for help from Indigo last month when I received my delinquency notice from Bernalillo county for the second year in a row. I got a "I'm on it" after supplying my loan number. I reached out again and provided my phone number as requested, but never got a call. After I reached out to UWM again via phone (no response to online requests/emails and service ticket initiation), I supplied the delinquency notice, mortgage statement, and my phone number again as requested to Indigo. Again, no call, just an email with vague- "they'll reach out to you" message. Now I'm late again on the tax bill due to delay and dodging by my loan officer. I feel like I should have gotten a relatively prompt, helpful response from Indigo and Ben, but I did not. Weeks have gone by and I never did get a call from them to discuss how this can get fixed, what happened, and how I can make sure my house doesn't get sold on the courthouse steps. Only after continued disappointment and lack of any attempts I can see would I leave a negative review like this. I wanted to go with a local business to use for my refinance. I won't do that again

Our refinance was not done with Ben Lucero and Indigo mortgage but, he was very helpful in giving us information about some issues we were having with our current mortgage company! We highly recommend Ben and Indigo Mortgage!

I originally left a negative comment. Yes, we all get busy and all clients are priority, which is how it should be. I finally got the call today that I wanted days ago on exactly what I originally needed. I have edited my comment to reflect a better rating only because I wanted to do it and not because I was asked. The company has been helpful and Ben did call me back and answered every single one of my questions and explained each item in depth, which I surely appreciated. He even acknowledged my negative comment in which he said he would own it. I appreciated that and hence, me revising my comment now.

My brother suggested I get a refi. So I started the process with Indigo Mortgage. I stuck with it even though I had my share of ups and downs. I wouldn't say my case was easy either. My ex wife was still on the house even though I got it in the divorce. In the past few years I tried to do a loan assumption to get her off through my previous loan holder and it failed because the small down payment loan. Indigo made that part look easy. I had a lien from 8 years ago that they navigated promptly. I got a smoking hot rate. Thank you Indigo for taking me to the next level.

My mortgage was with PNC Bank so I decided to do a refinance to lower my interest rate. PNC asked for an appraisal and a survey so I paid $1,200.00 out of pocket. Almost 7 months went by and PNC kept asking for bank statements and pay stubs over and over and telling me the same ol story that they are working on my loan, I finally called Ben Lucero from Indigo Mortgage and my loan was closed in a little over a month. I am still trying to get my money back for the appraisal. The team at Indigo are very professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with, I give them 5 stars.
