Once the buyer is qualified a pre approval letter is sent to both listing and selling agents within 24 hours. Weekly updates are sent to both agents without even asking for an update. They constantly keep you in the loop and have NEVER missed a deadline. In fact I have had experience of them closing several loans sooner than promised, which makes everybody happy! We had some difficulty with refinancing our large custom home in late 2012. We worked with 3 other banks and no one was ever able to get equitable comps so it was impossible to refinance. The other mortgage officers were not very responsive. A co-worker suggested I call Jim Bakhtiar. He was amazing! He worked his magic- he got the needed comps and we were able to get our home refinanced without further issue. He went the extra mile for us.
