Chris Frost and his underwriter did me wrong. When I first reached out to them I explained it was a complicated piece of property Chris assured me that they could handle it and I constantly stressed I had a time limit on the purchase agreement. Chris kept assuring me it was going to happen but towards the end he started ghosting me by not returning my calls or emails & his underwriter kept asking for more documentation such as utility bills and other account information. The purchase agreement expired because Frost Mortgage botched it up. I immediately reached out to another lender to see if I could qualify with them and maybe renegotiate with the owner. Nusenda was able to qualify me within 24 hours and were also perplexed as to why Frost Mortgage could not get me qualified in the amount of time that they had the application. Nuesenda commented that it was not a complicated decision. I had the income and the credit score and was using my VA loan benefit. According to mortgage loan officer at Nuesenda, there was no reason to deny me or ask for additional information, dragging things out until the purchase agreement expired. Frost Mortgage was negligent in not closing the deal after 3 months of wasting my time. I've lost family property because of their negligence. My fellow veterans and other New Mexicans, I am leaving this review in hopes that you will not get burned like I did by Chris Frost and his underwriter. Take your business elsewhere. I recommend Nuesenda. If I had started with Nusenda first I would have been able to hang on to the family's real estate. Frost Mortgage does not even deserve one star and I would rate them even less if it were possible.

Keisha is phenomenal. She helped me fully understand what was expected during the home buying process. She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and an overall genuine person to work with. I couldn't have been happier with the total experience she provided with ease and intellectual confidence. I would recommend Keisha Rogers a billion times over to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

While my family and I were separated around the world due to military orders. We were able to purchase a house in a timely manner with Keisha and her team. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Will recommend to friends. Thank you and we love our new home!

Man Phan and his team are the best in the business. We had a pretty tight schedule for everything to be ready to close and Man was always providing updates and worked so hard at making sure everything was going as planned. I honestly thought buying a house was going to be a hundred times more stressful than it actually was but Man made the experience enjoyable and extremely easy as a buyer. I would absolutely recommend Man and his team to anyone looking to buy a home.

I never like writing reviews less than 4-5 stars, but unfortunately that was my experience with Frost Mortgage. 2 stars because they were very friendly. -3 stars for lack and complete cessation of communication causing me to lose money on increasing rates and having to find another lender to refinance through.
