My wife and I worked with Shannon Peshlakai, and I highly recommend using him. We own investment properties, and have refinanced more than a few times. Shannon showed his 20+ years of experience by making the process an easy one when we refinanced two investment mortgages at the same time. Our loans were not simple, and there were lots of hurdles (I am self employed, and COVID posed some issues when our appraiser was delayed in a property for weeks). Shannon didn't hesitate to figure out how to overcome the hurdles, and we closed right when he said we would. Out of experience, I know most other loan officers wouldn't have been able to close on time. He is a true professional, and I will make sure we use him again.
