since it was my first credit card, I deposit $500 and opened a secure credit card in 2017. after that I got 6 credit cards from other banks and build my credit score to more than 750. but they still decline my request to update my credit card and give my money back. I can not close the account because this is my first card and closing it would hurt my credit score. do not make the same mistake and go to big bank for opening account.

This place is trash! I was turned away for wanting to deposit money, since when does a bank not accept money. Save yourself the time they turn people away before they even close. Person at the front had blood shot eyes. Good to know the bankers are all kissing the sky instead. Shout out Nusenda

Nusenda is a great place to place your money. They protect it and they give you community rewards at the end of the year if you qualify. It is my main source of banking that I have had for several years and they have protected me from fraud and other banking atrocities. I have only run into one staff at one of the locations that treated me poorly and he was a manager. I waited for about 10 minutes and then spoke to the clerk and asked what the problem was and told them that I didn't have time for them to treat me this way. Almost immediately oh, I was taking care of and was able to leave and complete the rest of my day. This was an isolated event and I hope I never have to experience it again. Otherwise, nusenda has been stellar in their customer service. I will continue using them for now.

If I can rate half a star I would. I report fraud and I have to pay for someone else using my card. Still I am charged late draft fees then they keep the little bit of money I have for my car. I will be cutting my card best place to go if you are looking for heartless banking and if you want your credit destroyed. I will be looking for a better bank

Really questionable financial practices. Customer service is non-existent. Poor communication. Update: After meeting in person with Matthew and Janelle at this location the issue has been resolved. I recommend not calling and just making an appointment at a local branch.

I have happily had a NUSENDA account since January of 1999 & used the nearly perfect CU's bill payer service. They obviously found a 4th grade dropout to handle it cheaper than the competent professional service they had been using. It is almost impossible to pay a few bills in less than an hour without messing something in this confusing debacle. I will go back to paying bills by mail while I look for a professional bank to move my account to.

Made an appointment for a loan only for the worker to tell that it would be a waste of her time since I won't get approved. Sharma didn't even bother to try, and she cared less when I told her my dog would die if I couldn't get some sort of loan. I will never be back and you just lost a 5year long member. Nusenda never helps its members, very unprofessional. There are better back out there.

We had applied for an auto loan, or so we thought. The banker never called back. We tried to get ahold of her but couldn’t. Finally after going into a location and talking do a different banker I found out she had applied us for some other non-auto type of a loan and for a random amount. Waste of time, no apology. Ended up going with Capital One. We took all of our money out of the Nusenda accounts the next day. And then, 2 years later I find out they just charged our savings account a fee for being dormant. Geez. They should be the ones paying me for the minor credit ding for the hard inquiry for some random unrequested loan. People go to local businesses, including credit unions for the personal, attentive interaction with someone supposedly dedicated to the community. With Capital One our purchase took literally minutes, we’ve never had an issue, and they even removed a payment during the whole COVID thing.

4 hours of my time waisted. Every time I have gone to an office in the last two weeks I have waited at least 20 minutes to see someone. Then 2 hours, only to find out that my issue cannot be resolved. An autoloan should not be this difficult, especially with a 790 credit score. It's not that hard. I just transferred my money to a different credit union so I never have to do business with nusenda ever again.
