Great experience with Home Trust Mortgage. Our broker Dan was always available, even on weekends, to offer the best advices, even on our offers. He was great also at the end when we had to make the final decision on closing in on the best rate. I highly recommend them!

We had a phenomenal experience with Hometrust Mortgage. We had initially been reaching out to another broker in town but were a little frustrated with the experience so at the advice of a friend who has been working with Chris Hood at Hometrust for a few homes now we reached out to him. Chris gave me a call on a Saturday morning the day after I submitted my preapproval application and had numbers to me by Sunday evening (the other broker we had reached out to in comparison took 3 weeks to get me any numbers). Throughout the home search process Chris was quick to respond, answer questions, and get us preapproval letters for various amounts as needed. Once we had an offer accepted Chris got the rest of his team involved and they were equally as great. We had a couple of hiccups during the closing process but the Hometrust team was already on top of it and monitoring everything so that we had plenty of time to address any last minute concerns or document requests. We closed on our target date with the help of the Hometrust team!
