Going in the wait was okay and they were very helpful . I had an issue do to Good Friday my check wouldn’t hit till Monday. I called in day before and let them know Quita to be exact she acted so clueless as if she didn’t know they couldn’t give me a couple of days because it would be my first payment . She said get a loan okay cool I paid on it spending my last which I don’t mind because I got my self in the situation even though I can’t control the bank.I woke up the next mornin only for them to double my payment ... I would never recommend this place there interest is ridiculous . All of the reviews fooled me cause after I pay this off I’ll never go back .

Due to some vehicle title paperwork confusion, I had to go to the DMV and return the next day with the correction. He had prepared everything before I arrived and streamlined it all for me so it was ready to complete when I arrived. This has been the worst experience by far do not believe the hype this is a predatory loan. They call your phone for payments but have the worst customer service. They want to receive payments but don't communiate anything other than that. I paid my loan off way last month they keep calling asking where to send my title but nothing haas been updated as of yet. This is ridiculous i will never and wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this company. You cant have a hardship just a scam dont do it inless you can pay it off next month......
