Awsome experience great customer service them ladies in here were very friendly untill I made my first payment. I was told when I signed my contract by the store manager then when I accepted a small loan less than a quarter of the value of my vehicle that once I maid my first $600 payment I would have a open line of credit with them if I needed an additional loan. Come to find out after my truck broke down and I ended up needing additional funds the there was no way open line of credit and I was told wrong information the first service while applying for loan the service was awsome but once they got my title I was very disappointed with how things have been handled

You will never get it paid off with the interest which should be illegal. Harassing phone calls if a day late. I had to sell my car to a dealer to get out of this company then he low balled me on my car worth more. Dont take out thousands you will only pay high monthly payment of interest.

Everything was wonderful. Abigail and raylee gave me great service and was very informative about everything. They even give you debit cards which is very convenient. Great group of girls, I would recommend them to everyone.

The customer service was phenomenal in TitleMax of Lancaster. From the time we came inside we were approached by the Store Manager Dona who shuck our hands introduced herself and informed us of our short wait time. Then shortly after Dona, we were approached by the General Manager Melissa who also shuck our hand, introduced herself and made sure we were being helped. The General Manager along with the Store Manager and Customer service reps all worked well together as a team. The General Manager begin the process just to keep us from waiting and then our process was completed by both StoreManager and the rep in training. The whole process took no longer than about 30 mins. It was remarkable how they worked together to satisfy their customer in a timely Manner. They were very patient and informative as well as we had many questions. We left TitleMax very satisfied.
