The gentleman who works here, Matt, is great. I barely managed to arrive before they closed for the day at 6:00PM, and he has happily and diligently worked on my loan for the last hour and a half. I never knew the process of getting a loan could be so pleasant, but it certainly has been.

Had an awful experience at the 1st capital on highway 21. Title max is the total opposite everyone is super friendly, helpful and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a loan this location specifically. I previously did a review about great customer service so I wanted to come back and explain this is NOT a choice anyone should make !!!! The HARASSMENT I have endured being a customer this company calls me at least 4 times a day no joke if you put references down they call them too ! Previously I dealt w Belenica so I called back to speak with her she was now really rude & stated they wouldn't stop if they're not paid on time when I communicated even before it was due! I will never do business with this company again the stress they have caused is unbearable ! They ask you to write a good review before u leave on 1st contact that's a trick because after that it's hell to pay ! !! Be aware go somewhere else !!!!! So if I could give less than one star I would
