So i went in yesterday and met Melissa. I came in with an out of state title. This started an adventure that she, nor I, thought that we would have to go on. But, while it was treacherous, Melissa never gave up and held her composure. Once we got the issues resolved and started making forward traction. Her tech support screwed everything up again. We both put our heads together and came up with a solution that met my needs. Guys when I tell you that I have never experienced customer service at a level as high as I did with Melissa. I will say that, coming from an award winning CSR, She would have given and still will give you a run for your money when it comes to Superior Customer Service. Please, when and if you get into a situation that the title loan becomes an option and you are in the York area. Go and see Melissa and tell her I sent you! Had an amazing experience there today. Melissa was such a great help. She done her best to make sure I got everything I needed. She was able to get my loan done while helping anyone who needed her on the phone all while helping me fill out my forms. She was incredible and you could tell she loves what she does while taking care of her customers. She definitely deserves a raise.
