I have been a customer here for a few years Rachel and Terry both have been great and they always go above and beyond. The owner of this company is amazing and he runs a great company. This company deserves more than a 5 star review they deserve a 10. I noticed that someone gave a bad review on this company and I can assure this company hands down is the best title loan company out there. On top of that the customer service is the best ever. Please, pay no attention to that bad review if you look at that customers other reviews of other places they got something bad to say about everybody. Just can not please everybody all the time. Rachel and her staff were excellent to work with. I called and talked with Rachel about the details of a title loan and she explained every step of the process and my wife, daughter, and I went down there from Salisbury, NC and everything was handle within less than an hour and we had a check and was on our way home. So this was my very first time ever doing a title loan so I was skeptical on if they would help me. But Ryan and his staff was excellent and helpful. They gave me a loan to help with my bills and expenses in the time of need and I can't think them enough!

Run run run they definitely paid people for the reviews or make them they self. they will blow your phone up before payment is due and definitely will call and text everyday if missed payment. I was going through one time and I told them give me one more week *payment was only past due a 10 days* on the 14 day they was sending a text talking if payment not received today they coming to repo car stay away from them they some scams lol and I only had a 500 loan at that.

It was great customer service from the minute I called. When I arrived they greeted me, and we laughed a bit while the process was being done.. I got the loan I wanted and they even told me about stocks to invest in and a great book to read.... I wanted to stay for dinner and buy some drinks... with mrs kayla, and the crew.

A few days ago my Husband and I had the opportunity to visit this location with the hopes of being able to do business with them. We were immediately greeted by Mr. Anthony who helped us with the loan process. Not only was he able to get us approved but he was able to get us a little more than what we originally thought. Everyone at this location were very professional, polite and made us feel right at home. Clean & Cozy establishment!! Great Customer Service!! Highly recommend this place! I was extremely hesitant to take out a title loan after reading about so many terrible experiences people had with other companies, I found American Auto Title Loans Fort Mill on google, I saw so many great reviews for the company and manager Rachel, I figured I'd give them a shot. After speaking with Rachel and Amanda on the phone I felt confident about doing business with these ladies so I came in to visit them and inquire further. Rachel set my mind at ease, and with the patience of a kindergarten teacher, she walked the through the process step by step and answered ALL of my questions. She went above and beyond, spent over an hour explaining in detail the process, and in the end I left with the money I needed because of the pinch I was in. I left the office with a check, and confidence that I was doing business with one of the most transparent and reputable title loan businesses in my area!

Run for your life! Our family had an emergency situation where my 87 year old mom was involved. When we entered the premises we were the only clients. It took us nearly three hours of waiting time before we got turned down. The offer was small and the interest rate 285% !! They never told me how they derived at that for me. The attendant tried to put a tracking device on the car for less than a thousand dollar loan. He reported to the manager that the brake light was on and that they kept getting stuck. I admitted to the brake light part but denied the brakes sticking. I am no fool and he tried to make my mom and I one with that half truth report. We purchased the car brand new and are the only owners.The car is a 2003 Chevy Tahoe with low miles and it’s been sitting up for over 7 years. The dash board has a shortage and I feel before I drove from outer State the company should have specified all requirements as I requested from them before the trip and not wait until the signing of the actual document to snatch the deal back. What’s wrong with transparency these days on both sides to be fair? It was a waste of their and my time. I’ve had two inspections for my tags with that brake light shortage and no inspector would have passed bad brakes and more importantly I would not risk my 87 year old mom’s life around that problem if it was not safe. They are too high in interest and will only loan 40% of the value of the car. I feel they use unfair methods that’s a disadvantage to the client who is obviously in need and highly advantageous for them. Please don’t take out a loan that will keep you up at night setting you back. They have all the right cards for play to protect them and all you have is a high debt. Again run for your life!!

Everyone in the office was very nice, the process was clear & simple, went in with a weight on my shoulder, I had a check in my hand within 30 mins!!
