I have been researching homes and home buying for some times now and once I saw these courses, I had to check them out. Having been a course developer and instructor myself, I special well-done, easy to take classes with valuable information. This non-profit, financial education company does it right! I’m quite impressed with the content and the process to complete each video section, with a simple few questions (to test whether you really listened to the video). During my course I had an administrative issue, and their counseling and education director took care of it promptly and efficiently. So I say bravo and thank you! Highly recommended! My fiancé and I had a really good experience. The exams and course were clear and very helpful. Each module made me and my fiancé think about different things when being a home buyer. The experience was great and the response from the counselor was very fast. They are very professional and eager to help.

Over the years things changed but I contacted him again in 2020 because I needed assistance as I prepared to purchase a home. The information he shared was extremely valuable as I worked with him and my loan officer to better position myself for purchasing a home. HE IS AMAZING!!! I was advised by a financial group to take a first-time homebuyers education class before beginning the buying process. Alliance Credit Counseling offered a very reasonable price for this course compared to some other companies that I had researched. I also appreciated the fact that they offered the option to complete it online at your own pace. A representative took the initiative to personally reach out to offer any assistance, and was very prompt in providing certification upon course completion. Course was easy to follow and I learned a lot of useful information without feeling overwhelmed.

I think about Katie Porter often. I pray for her often. Her influence as a woman is still with me after two years! She is an asset to the company!!! She was always there for me and my family whether it was e-mail, phone calls or in person. The course is very informative and put subjects in clear cut sections. This was appreciated because it allowed me to complete the course at my pace. I was introduced to information that will be useful as a future homeowner. Information I was somewhat familiar with was clearly explained. Jerome was available and responded quickly during the course. Access to information for future reference is a plus.
