I wanted to share my experience with David Powell & his team at LemonBrew. Working with David was some what enjoyable because I’m originally from North Carolina so we could talk about things that he knew now and which I knew from the past concerning my home state for almost 40 years. His team walked my wife and I threw each step of what to do , have done or prepare to do to make our loan very smooth. I have advised 2 of my co- worker’s from Polk County Sheriffs Office where I’ve retired of LemonBrew easy setup to get lending services and hopefully they will reap my advice to contact y’all for purchasing a home. It was great working with LemonBrew mortgage and secure loan for my new house in time and at a good rate. Their mortgage and insurance services are best in class. I have to admit I was skeptical going into a refinance with a mortgage broker but in the end I was more than pleased with the results. I was working on a refinance through my current lender but was blown away by how hard Lee Raykovicz and his team worked to get me an amazing deal through Rocket Mortgage, offering me up front better closing costs than my existing lender, who would then only meet what Lee and LemonBrew were offering instead of working to give me an even better deal. Likewise none of the other lenders I spoke with could offer anything close to the product I ultimately received. They were always very responsive and incredibly patient with me and my skepticism. I am very pleased with my new mortgage and how hard they labored to win my business and in the end made me an offer I couldn’t refuse! The closing was very fast and efficient and Lee was right there working with me and the lender to the end. The personalized service was amazing. Had a true five star experience with our refinance, everyone we worked with was professional and quick to respond! Thomas Malinoski handled my loan. I couldn’t be happier or say enough nice things about Thomas and LemonBrew. Thomas told me there would be no loan origination fees or underwriting fees, and there weren’t. Thomas answered the phone every time I called, and even called me on Fridays to make sure I was taken care of before the weekend. I can not say enough about Kathryn Ruland . She was so amazing to work with. I wish I could give her 100 stars. We did a refi and she was always available to answer any of our questions and if she didn’t know the answer she would immediately find out and get back with us . We could contact her at any time day or night and her response was immediate, if she could talk with us than she would call us as soon as she could. She knew what we needed almost before we did. From start to finish it only took 3 weeks to close. She does what she says, when she says she will. My husband and I will continue to go to her for future needs , in-fact she is staring the loan process for our daughter who lives in another state. Horrible experience with title services. I'm a long time RE investor and I've interacted with many title companies, but this has to be the worst. We closed on a property in NJ 7 months ago and retained LemonBrew for title services. Come to learn last month that the deed is STILL in previous owner's name!! We emailed and called and initially got the run around, and finally they stopped responding altogether. What amazing service!!

John was always watch over every details and willing to go extra miles to help customers to maximize our benefit.
