Wes & Christian...Oh man...I can honestly say with no hesitation these guys are the best loan agents that I have ever worked with hands down. Very VERY personable, thorough and walked me through each step. In a process that is rarely fun and somewhat demoralizing at times these guys made my experience super enjoyable and I would do business with them 10X over and refer anyone to them. I was having a super rough day and was feeling pretty defeated and they brightened it right up. It means more than they will ever know. (Full transparency-, I was not asked to leave a review.. in fact I rarely leave reviews unless my experiences with businesses are horrible but I felt like I needed to spread the word about these guys in case anyone else is in a jam. You wont regret it!)

Seriously try Title Max in Lehi before you do another title loan! Yadi & Lisa ROCK and did everything and more for me to help me get a loan, even after a no they still went to bat and helped me secure my dream car! Thanks Yadi, Lisa and Tony!

Lisa has been amazing and so helpful...she is knowledgeable and makes sure any questions or concerns you have are explained and answered. I was hesitant coming in doing my first title loan and left feeling completely comfortable and much less stressed. ..I would highly recommend anyone needing a title loan to come see Lisa ...her professionalism and honesty were appreciated

Friendly, Fast and Sincere. Those moments when you are up against a temporary financial wall???, it can be seriously quite intimidating and yes....a bit depressing to ask for help.... Primarily within a new unfamiliar terain/business. I had noticed this location for several years ....so I know it was potentially well-grounded. Well, I wasn't dissapointed....and very quickly feeling at-ease that I could be properly assisted.....nice. Hats-off to Bret and Trina for being my new "logistic-rescue needs" friends. So comfortable.... I will be back. Thank you....

Yaz will MAKE you download the title max app and write a positive review with her name added before u can leave the store. I felt really pressured by her. This was definitely a 1 of a kind experience

I have never voiched for any loan companies but the Lehi Title Max company has been the best experience i have had. Lisa and Yadira made me feel right at home. They are very helpful and knowledgeable on when it comes to paperwork. When i left the location i felt like i got a fair amount for my vehicle also they made me feel more like a friend rather than a customer.

My child got a title loan, we told them not after they told us! Well he was paying online and for some it did not register one of the payments. Title Max took the car. After paying what they wanted him to. They can't find his car. They have no idea where the car is, Who told us. We have been dealing with this for 1/2 the day. Day 2 We still have not received the car back!! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! We will jump through hoops a second day. If we get no where then maybe the police need to be involved as we have the paperwork showing it's release!!

Process was pretty long didn't get as much money as expected on a title loan customer service was awesome

I absolutely love Lisa and Yadira. I am so glad these two are running the store now. They are so knowledgeable, friendly, professional...you name it these ladies are awesome. There's no way I would go anywhere else. If you are looking for some extra cash stop looking, you've found the right place.

Yadi and Lisa are just the most amazing customer service agents for Title Max. I’m a Customer Service agent as well and it’s hard enough. They made our visit very relaxing and enjoyable. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. They take the meaning of customer service to heart. We were really nervous coming in (especially me) because I didn’t want to deal with the uncomfortableness of it all. BUT INWAS WRONG. Thank you thank you Yadi and Lisa

Originally I would I have given 5 stars when it was Deb & Jana, but since the changes the place has started to go down hill. I'm hestitent to refer & to even come back if the need arises. This place was great! I do like the added feature of paying over the phone, but with the reduction in customer service it doesn't even out. Miss Jana & Deb.

Great location, and friendly staff! The ladies at the Lehi, Title Max are so helpful and friendly, they made my experience fun and enjoyable, and the loan rates aren't bad either! Highly recommended when you need that extra room to breathe!

Lisa was friendly. Don't bring your car in with seat covers, they make you take them off for pictures, even though they can see it just fine. Don't go off their website for the title loans. I know you never get the high end, but I didn't even get half of the low end. The financing is a joke. I know this is a high risk loan, but I'm not out to sell all my possessions to pay back twice what I would have borrowed. I didn't get the loan, and you probably shouldn't either.
