Caliber Collision N 1020 W, American Fork

I took my car here after an absolute nightmare of an experience with another repair shop. I was initially involved in two accidents on the same day, both not my fault. I took my car to a company that was recommended by a friend… where I ended up with some of the worst repair and paint work I’ve ever seen. I came to Caliber VERY upset and afraid my car would never be the same again. They were not only able to get my car put back together right, but they went above and beyond to fix the awful work and damage the first company caused to my vehicle. I am so happy with the work they did and the way they absolutely went above and beyond for me. Joe was so great to work with! I consider myself to be pretty picky and I am so impressed with the work that was done and the customer service provided. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust to get your vehicle put back together right, this is it! Although I hope to never need a body shop again… If I do, I will be a customer here for life. Thank you!!!

So I hit a pole and really messed the front of my truck up. I took it to these guys to fix. I really didn't have any high expectations going into this. But I have to say, these guys are awesome. They did a phenomenal job and I'm super happy and very satisfied with the results! On top of that, they were very quick getting my truck back to me. Melony was the representative who was assigned to my truck for the repairs. She was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated daily and was very helpful and knowledgeable with my questions and concerns. I highly, highly recommend these guys if you need your vehicle repaired. I highly recommend you ask for Melony(the other women were great, too). Thanks for all your help Melony and thanks Calliber Collision for your great work on my truck. Caliber Collision made an annoying repair such a pleasant experience. Melanie was fantastic start to finish and answered my questions before I knew I had them. They are super communicative and kept me in the loop the entire time. The quality of their work is top notch and their staff is great. They also went above and beyond with the little things. I had some personal items on the floor in my back seat and figured they’d skip vacuuming there because of it. Instead they neatly arranged those items in my trunk and left my car cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. Beyond pleased with their service.

They do good work. Only downside was we had to wait a month before they could start to fix our car, and then they kept the car about 3 weeks while fixing it. So if you don't mind the wait, I recommend them. We bought our car used when it was 2 years old, and the car now looks better than when we bought it.

(BMW 535I) From start to finish the process was smooth and simple along with continuous updates regarding the repairs on my car (mild damage on front right side behind the headlight). About a week before the estimated date I was able to retrieve my car and it looks better than ever! Would highly recommend 👌

The company was so helpful from the beginning to the end. I’ve never been in an accident before and when the insurance referred me to this company I was very nervous. They updated me almost every other day, and letting me know how the repairs where going. I appreciate their hard work and their ability to be accommodating.

There were multiple occurrences that cause my 2 star rating. While doing my estimate, the guy did not really listen to what I was saying, which lead to future problems. Next, it took them about 21 days to fix what they quoted as a 3 day fix. When my car was returned, there were big smudges in the paint where they apparently fixed my car. I was not happy with the service, and would recommend others to look elsewhere on fixing their vehicle.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They text you updates throughout the whole process. They did take a little longer than I expected, but finished before their estimated time, so take that as you will. They did an amazing job with my vehicle and detail the car when it was finished.

Melanie is amazing helped me so much even helped me get the car seat base out. And helped me put the car seats back in my car. She’s such a helpful person and very sweet and kind. She made this process easy and quickly.

I enjoyed working with this location, they were so kind and easy to work with for an affordable rate. My go to from now on and I will surely be recommending to others. Also the receptionist is super attractive.... Just saying.

I had quite a freak accident where my truck was absolutely drenched in hot asphalt by a tanker that was next to me at a stop light. Every shop I went to told me “this is a first for us” and it was difficult to be confident in their abilities to restore my truck to its original condition. Then I went to Caliber and was blown away by their professionalism, customer service, and their attention to detail. Working with Joe was a better experience than I could have hoped for, he followed through with his word on everything and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He kept me updated throughout the process (had my truck for an entire month) and even made the rental process a breeze. I will recommend everyone I know to Joe and Caliber Collision, I could not have had a better experience.

They made the experience of an unfortunate accident into a smooth and seamless fix. I'd never been here before and decided to use their shop/services to repair my vehicle. I was updated frequently once the repairs started. Their estimates are very accurate, and there is no back and forth on pricing. They did a fender bender repair about two years ago. One panel started to peel. They looked it over and redid the work, free of charge, as per their awesome quality guarantee. Manny was easy to work with. They completed the work on time and with quality workmanship. They even vacuumed out my Expedition and washed it. (That was almost embarrassing because I left it in an awful state, not realizing they would do that.) I highly recommend this repair shop!

This Caliber Collision is awesome! Employees are all kind and courteous and work hard to make you a happy customer. Manny was quick to notice what was causing my car door problem, got the part in quickly to fix it, and had me back on the road with a working door in no time. I am so grateful for their help as I was from out of town and was worried about not having a working passenger door until I got back home.

Amazing experience working with caliber collision, and specifically Dan Luke. Everything with my repair had perfect attention to detail, but what really set them apart was the customer service. I was able to have direct contact with Dan at any time, it felt like I was the only car they had to work on. Dan took charge when one thing was overlooked with my repair, contacted my insurance company and got it resolved as quickly as possible. Had a dent and cracked light fixed from backing into a pole. They also were happy to replace a missing reflector that was not part of the accident for us at the same time. They were relatively fast, did very high quality work and the interior was very clean when we got the car back. Melanie was very friendly, informative and helpful through the full process. She was willing to work with us to process no contact payment and key transfer to get the vehicle back due to us being sick, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Melanie at Caliber Collision AF location was awesome to work with. I was really impressed with their customer service. It took forever to get my car in but that wasn't anything they had control over, they just don't have enough space for my car. I was always kept in the loop and just really wanted to make sure I hopped on here to give them 5 stars! Don't hesitate to use these guys in the future.

They were great at keeping me updated and finished the repairs a week ahead of schedule. They also work really well with the other insurance company so it was very hassle free for me. I had Dan Luke do all my repairs and he was awesome! Every time I spoke to him he was really thorough and nice to talk to, not at all rough or abrasive like experiences ive had in the past. 10/10 would go back for repairs in the future. If I ever get rear ended again I hope the other guys insurance works with caliber collision.

I took my car to Caliber for some rear end damage. I am more than impressed! The paint matches perfectly, and Darcy was amazing at keeping me updated the whole way. The general manager also called to follow up after I picked my car up! Hopefully I don’t have to return any time soon, but if I do, Caliber will be my go to!

Initial reaction here was positive. However there was obvious damage inside the engine compartment that wasn’t fixed, which makes me question the quality of the other repairs. It’s been nearly 2 months since I informed them the work was not complete and it still hasn’t been fixed. This is a large national company recommended by my insurance and I expected better. Would not recommend.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I was very impressed with the customer service that was given at caliber collision. Dan was amazing and called me every day to give me an update with how things were going with my car. He also was able to drop the price from my original estimate that was given. My car looks amazing now and I am very satisfied with the work that was done! I would recommend anyone to get their vehicle fixed here.

Amazing work on my basically brand new Ram 1500 - work was done ahead of schedule and Darci was super helpful throughout the whole process. Truck looks as good as it did the day I bought it. Hoping I don't have to come back anytime soon, but I will definitely use them in the future for body work!

We were blown away by how easy Caliber made the process from contacting and arranging a rental to returning the rental vehicle. Repairs were flawless and completed sooner than expected. They kept us updated throughout the process. Caliber is a premier example of customer service.

My car went to this company after a vehicle accident, i did not want it to go here because my previous experiencia was bad. They got notice that my car needed to be picked up on the 6th and sat there until the 14th because their receptionist struggles to process the paperwork to get the work stated. Because insurance only pays 30 days for a car rental, that is precious time lost. Also in a day where parts are a problem to obtain, they should be eliminating the receptionist issues to speed up completion times. I have contacted them several times about this issue and the expectation they pay for the car rental for the week lost due to their employee, with no resolution. They are constantly ignoring these requests. Do not use these guys, it will cost you money in car rentals with slow processing times. You want someone willing to get going the day they get your car, at least ordering parts. Their customer service and follow through is why they get a 1 star rating as well as costing me over $200 that would've been avoided had their receptionist done her job.

We've waited five months for Caliber at American Fork to get our car repaired under insurance and five months after being promised they'd get the parts and would repair it, we've been told they dont have the parts and wont repair it and we need to go elsewhere! Our car isnt fixed and we now have to start all over again, and thats despite multiple follow up calls to Caliber, seems like theyve lost their good staff and whats left is incapable of providing good service. We'll be reporting them to our insurance co as no one should have to experience this.

We had someone back into our van in a parking lot. Our insurance company suggested this place and I can see why. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and they were ready for me. A walk-around the vehicle was completed and I was on my way. Caliber made every portion of the claim and repairs very easy. I was only without a vehicle for a short time. I brought it in on a Monday and it was completed on Thursday. Quick turn around and several updates in between so I was informed of the progress. I recently returned to Caliber as I had a rear bumper sensor come loose, I drove it in and they repaired it on the spot. Complete Customer Service to the Fullest!

I hate to write this review.... But they did a fantastic job, having a white car with Pearl like flakes in it makes it difficult to match, and after driving it for a week it makes me realize how much I missed my car, still have a flake of the window to help me remember. But they did such a good job I might forget.

They sent me regular text updates (which I could respond to if I had questions), called me the minute it was done, and the whole process was honestly... painless! This was the smoothest process ever! I was informed every step of the way with what was happening with my car. It was done when they said it would be and only took a week. I was rear ended and I know car parts are hard to come by right now so I was impressed. I definitely recommend them. The repair was seamless and it’s like that accident never occurred. Had to do the body work twice and got my car back in unsafe conditions. The mangers told me my front end problem was my tires which is wear my damage was done.I took it to another mechanic shop and found the problem .never was it my tires!!!! My vehicle had never been in an accident and run like a charm before this its a Toyota.Caliber told me they were done and did not do their job even though they got paid..They wasted my time for a month and loss of work i had to take off...Now i have to start over again to get it fixed right and safe...definitely not here..

Went here after my wife’s car was hit in a parking lot. They came and did the walk through inspection with me and highlighted everything. They were very knowledgeable, polite, but best of all honest. I asked how long, the gentleman I worked with said with Covid-19 issues 1-2 weeks. They texted me throughout the entire process, and when the car was completed I got a call from the gentleman saying it was done; nice touch that it wasn’t an auto generated call but a real human being. Car was ready in 4 days, they were only $39 over the quote. We went to pick it up and we couldn’t tell where we had been hit and what had been patched. 5/5 definitely recommend!

My 4Runner was hit in a parking lot and I had some minor, but aesthetic damage to my vehicle or so I thought. The employees were easy to work with and kept me updated on every step and progression with my vehicle. I ended up needing a sensor replaced as well as the cosmetic damage. They completed the work earlier than promised. They worked well with my insurance company as well. It is a pain to have to have a vehicle in the “shop” but they made it as painless and quick as possible while doing great work.
