Jen, the store manager, helped us get our loan. We were in the process of selling our home and needed some last minute funds to finish the repairs. She got us taken care of quickly and efficiently. She took the time to explain all the intricacies of how the loan worked, helped me set up the google play app, and just took great care of my family. We don't like that we had to use a title loan, but since we needed to, i cant imagine a better place to have done it. We also got a MUCH lower apr than we were quoted elsewhere, which gave us a much lower payment than we would've been stuck with elsewhere. Overall, Jen was amazing and we greatly appreciated her friendly and fast assistance.

The customer service is above and beyond. They are very theral and and they keep it simple so you can walk away with your title. As long as you pay the loans back quick, you really don't pay back that much interest. If your planning on dragging it out the full 24 months, you might as well just go without because you'll be kicking yourself everyweek.

Oh ny Gosh!!! I am pleasantly surprised at how fast, easy and fun it is to get a loan at Tittlemax!!! Not only is the customer service the friendliest, but also very knowledgeable and super helpful!!
