I have had a very hard couple of years and last year was definitely a doozy, I was able to get a bit of help. And although I kept having issues with my vehicle breaking down Amanda and Sean were both very sweet and kind and treated me with respect always no matter what my payment status was. I would recommend this location and Amanda and Sean to get the help you need. Really good people kind hearts. I appreciate everything that you have done for me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart from this legitimately crazy lady to your company and your staff you guys are Amazing ☺️ I thank you for your incredible customer service. .

This place is horrible. Never deal with these vultures. Will charge 400% interest on loans. Then repo without notice. Nasty nasty people

Absolutely blown away by Amanda & her impeccable customer service. My brother referred me to her, & he is the TOUGHEST critic when it comes to business contacts. Not only did she go above & beyond for me, she has one of the best sets of communication skills I’ve seen in years- & I work in sales. I’m seriously beyond impressed at how she managed a perfect balance of being personable & professional. I am so happy I didn’t go with the competitors & that I chose to come here. Give her a raise! Changed my life. Not kidding.

Dave was excellent. As a single mom it's very easy to feel like you are completely on your own with nowhere to turn. He brought me in and did everything he could to ensure that Not just myself but my son as well had an excellent experience. He got me approved and in the process made sure my son had things to color and had snacks to munch on. I would never recommend any other place.

She was even helping two people at a time & kept everybody entertained. I dealt with Melissa, at the Titlemax in Riverton back on Jan. 10th, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. She was great at explaining everything and answering all of my questions, as well as walking me through the loan process. I had brought my young baby along and she was so kind and sweet about his presence. I have been working with TitleMax for a while now. Since the day I walked in, everyone I have worked with has been so helpful, sincere, and encouraging to help me get my loan paid off. Very warm and welcoming. I felt they were very trusting and since and not trying to hid any fees or lie. I have been late on my payments due to an illness and they work with me as long as you keep in communication with them they are great! I wouldn't go anywhere else in the SALT LAKE valley.
