I was looking for the best place for a title loan, and when I walked through the door of the west valley title max I was welcomed with a warm smile and a polite greeting from a very intelligent woman by the name of Karen. Karen truely went above and beyond my expectations. She was very patient with me through the whole process, while reassuring me that if the price she finds me Isn’t what I’m looking for she can cancel it out no problem (although what she found was exactly what I needed) not only did she find me a great offer she answered questions I didn’t even know how to ask on top of that she gave me quite a few tips to keep everything as beneficial as possible for me. I also want to mention I was not bribed for a review or given an incentive to make one, i made this because of how professional Karen was. I feel genuine beauty should be acknowledged. I’m not talking external beauty (which she has a lot of as well) I’m talking about true kindness. The type that of person that you know you are in safe hands with. The process took less time than I had expected, even once there were several customers in the store and the employee was going back and forth between us all. Today I received a title loan here. The whole process took about 20 minutes and the gentlemen helping me was very friendly and professional. The new debit card system they have is really easy to use. No more having to cash a check, it's all done on the titlemax app. I highly recommend using this location for your financial services.

This is the best place to get title loans. I have needed help several times to make ends meet and the staff at TitleMax have been awesome! They treat you like you are their only concern and go above and beyond to get you the money you need. I was able to get twice the amount that Check City would have given me. The people at check city were rude and condescending when I made the mistake of going there. I would skip them and give TitleMax a try, They won't let you down!!
