Lexington Law had all negative marks removed from my credit report, even the items I thought would not come off. My score went up 70 points. I HIGHLY recommend this service. Be patient with it. You will get back what it costs in what you can now borrow, your lower interest rates, etc. amazing service.

I had Lexington for about a month and then cancelled but they kept charging my card (they claimed no one ever called to cancel). I called to ask about this and they simply said we never called in to cancel despite the very lengthy phone call we had for the cancellation to begin with. Finally I spoke with a very nice rep, "Felipe" who said he would go ahead and refund the $129.00 (had to jump through hoops to get this approved). I called back this week (refund was processed last week so they say) to ask for some sort of proof that the refund was done but no one will provide me with any receipt or any email stating my refund was processed. The "Senior billing supervisor" said that there is no such thing (she was very rude and sarcastic the whole time). I find it very hard to believe that a huge law firm such as Lexington has no way of sending me a receipt or anything stating the refund was processed. I am very upset and will never use Lexington again nor will I refer anyone to them !

I’d give a big ZERO if it allowed that. I wouldn’t recommend LexingtonLaw to anyone. One: you can do everything they “provide” yourself. Ex: sending letters out to creditors asking if it is valid. Disputing the creditors yourself. I called them almost TWO months ago to cancel services. INSTEAD they decided to take $130 from my account and only willingly refund $60 back. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Take money for service that should’ve been cancelled but then only want to give half of it back. Not acceptable. 🤬

I had my doubts when I got the call but I decided to see what they could do in 30 days. If nothing had changed then I was going to cancel . But things did change!! I signed up at the end of March 2022 and before my next payment was due my credit score had gone up 40 points!! I.could.not.belive.it!!! I'm going into my second month with them and they've gotten 7 negative items removed and my score is up another 6 points(46 points...wwhhhhaaaat??!?) So if you're anything like I was and didn't give a dang about your credit score until you "grew up" , you should definitely give them the opportunity to help you. You probably have other "important" things to spend the money on but in the end they are going to end up saving you money. There is no contract or obligation so why not give it a shot for 30-90 days and see what they can do. I don't believe you'll be sorry.

I am 3 months into this process. You really have to manage this company. In first 60 days they only removed 11% of the negative comments. I asked them what the hold up was and they told me I needed to escalate. Which we did and things started to move along again. Today, 1 month later I called back in to find out why nothing on my trans union report has been removed I 3 months. Low and behold, I find out there is a hold on my trans union stuff. I have asked several times why, have yet to receive an answer. Supposedly the hold is lifted and they are now working it. I can assure you, lexington will not contact you. You have to contact them. They are happy to take your money but not so happy to share information. The first time you contact them and they take your billing information, will be the last time you will ever get to speak to an English speaking person again. If I had to do it over again, I would pick a different company.

If i could give ZERO i would. Sat on the phone with the lady for 30min for her to finally tell me it takes 130 a month. I told her I was not aware of needing monthly payments and told her I had to think about it. She then told me " without us you will not be able to get your kids their own rooms if you don't work with us" I said " you were nice this whole time until I was finally told about monthly payments I told you I have to think about it now your telling me I'll never get there without you?" She continued to say "if you can afford it we have options" I said "u were nice for 30 min now telling me what I can and can't afford?" Instead of saying yes think about it and call back She pressured me more and more refusing me to think about it. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS SERVICE. IF YOU DONT AGREE THEY WILL TELL U YOU WILL GO NO WHERE FOR YOU CHILDREN!! BEWARE!

This is one of the crummiest service I've ever used. Credit Pros. Had my Credit Score up to 678 in one month Lexing Law sucks theve had over a .month to work on my Credit Score and have failed to do so. I'm not a happy customer that's for sure. And I feel that I will be suing them for my anitial payment through small claims for not doing the service provided.

I talked to a rep about credit repair and was treated INCREDIBLY poorly when I told the man that I wanted to consider what he was offering before committing. This is a GREAT and responsible thing to do when considering any service that I’m paying for. He was extremely short when he realized I was firm in this thinking and he HUNG UP! The next day and since I have been flooded with 8-10 calls a day, nonstop junk e-mail from all kinds of spam, and calls from random numbers ALL DAY AND NIGHT. It’s exhausting. The moral of the story is THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM.

they are all very understanding of what my particular credit condition is i was made to feel comfortable with it and it was so much easier for me to get to the point and begin to find solutions to deal with it. at this point i feel more confident that we can reach a complete solution to my search for a home.

ALL A SCAM!!!LOOK THEM UP ON BBB (BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU) THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU IN THE DARK!! Ask questions? They'll just string you along with lies and empty promises. ALRIGHT! For one, I NEVERgave the conformation for services over the phone nor on paper. Signed not ONE thing. My husband signed himself up and gave them my information to save me some time I guess. They did call to confirm it was me and get the go on services..I said NO. I had no idea who they were or what was going on. My husband was charged once, a family crisis came up and we canceled his services no problem. ( All though with this one payment nothing was done nor was my husband notified of any action.) We took the loss, it was what it was... and now it was over. THEN! We were charged again, confused knowing his subscription was cancel and payed out, we called. Turns out they began charging for "my account", the one I never approved. We called, they tried to give us the run around for a minute but I told them I NEVER approved of Any services and that a refund was paramount, due to a family crisis, and that they needed to close the account they had started for me. Everything was understood and taken care of... NOOWW!!!!!! A Week before...scheduled Mourning event due to Family Crisis....we are charged for an amount that was already refunded AND an "Early Cancelation Fee"/accumulate charges for days of services. Guess what?....after learning the reason for these charges, I was told by the paralegal who was taking my call he couldn't file the refund for these charges because my account no longer existed. I have to EMAIL and WAIT as the accounting department preform an INVESTIGATION...on my claims. So now...Lexington Law Firm..in Utah. You are responsible for my Gas being turned off this month(yay!! No hot water!)AND depleting my grocery budget right next to zero...(yaaayy! Rushing around town to every food bank and church food drive so we don't starve!!) Savings You say?...Nooo, you remember that family crisis I mentioned? Yeah..think again. Fix it.....ok.

I didn't think anyone could help me poor credit. Lexington Law went rite to work and in a matter of a couple of months I caught see things coming off. I had a 550 and before the yr was up I was at a 700....Great job Lexington Law.

Lexington Law help me get my life back. I don't know what I would have done it has help my credit score increase and removing all the negative items off my credit history. I'm very satisfied and I will definitely recommend others.

Okay America, this is my experience, I was told when I first made a call to Lexington Law, I was informed that it would help with any negative items, this including any late payments and any inquires, aswell as hard inquires. Well I had 6 negative payments shows up separately by two to every credit agency we have Trans union 2 Equifax 2 and Experian 2, total of 6, they charge me 140, up front and i believe 100 every month, I ended there service in December. so basically i paid almost 600 dollars for them to only remove 2 negatives and I still have 4 left and all my hard inquires on my record, they clamed that they cant do anything with the hard inquires as they can only provided letters and we the client have t o send them out, which I did, and ultimately nothing was even changed after I set the letters. It would have been nice that they mentioned from the beginning that they really can help with hard inquires, as the letters they have to send didn't help me at all.

I gave 2 stars because 1.5 wasnt an option. When our founding fathers wrote the constitution they did not foresee companies like this exploiting the general population. I wish I could saw Lexington Law helped me in some way. But that would just be a lie. And Im Honest Abe I dont tell a lie

Do not pay these people for something you can do yourself for free in 1\10th of the time I paid them to only get 2 things removed from 1 agency then come to find out the items that did get removed was from me filing my own disputes and finding multiple violations that collectors made not to mention you can get paid 1000.00 for every violation you find if I could give zero stars I would these people and places like them will sit on thier hands for months on end barely putting in the work they promise you have to remember they loose your business when all items are removed they are in no rush read online there are so many people who will teach you to do this for yourself free!!!!!

They tell you they are working on your case but no one is. They don’t do anything you don’t tell them to do. They take advantage of people in financial crisis by taking their money when they need it most. They might help some, but they definitely take advantage of people in need of help.

Before Lexington law came along, I was trying to handle all of my situations by myself. Once it got out of hand, I was recommended to them and boy it changed my life dramatically. They took care of everything and I didn't have to do nothing, now that's progress. Not only did they settle all of my bills, but my credit score increase as well. I highly recommend you go with them, and I promise you want be disappointed.

I had the membership for 8 days I asked for an extension cause I wanted to do research on them. I didn’t like what I found and called to cancel was told I had to pay a full month to cancel when I haven’t received any service. Been on hold for 30 + minutes still no results. I wasn’t supposed to make my first payment til January 5 so why am I being charged for canceling before my scheduled payment. Not only that I was charged 5 dollars for a transcript that I didn’t receive absolutely horrible.

Lexington Law was able to increase my credit score 88 points in the first month which I never thought was possible. The app is very user friendly and lets you track their process from start to finish. They don't spam my emails with ads or promotions but they are sure to email me when there is a pertinent update so I know to check my account. They have surpassed my expectations. Strongly recommend.

My experience is that every single person I have spoke to has literally walked me through and I feel confident that I feel like I know what’s going on with my credit scores and so I am really really truly appreciate it.

Shady billing practice. They will give you 15 days to try their service, but the fine print says that although you'll only be billed after 15 days in order to not be billed you'll have to cancel with 5 days, which is preposterous and intentionally designed to catch you if you call to cancel just before they charge you. Also, their website has no option to cancel your subscription, you have to call, which is ALWAYS a red flag. This company is based in Utah a fertile ground for shady companies such as most of the multi-level marketing scams out there as well as most of the predatory lending companies.

I actually tried to order lo mein as my main dish but I think they misunderstood me. Back to my credit problems lexington got me into more debt than I bargained for. I would look elsewhere,

Scam...I spoke one time w someone about a small business loan. Next thing I know,..they took 150.00$ from my account. I never agreed to any of this. I spoke to someone ONE TIME. they got my bank info, and ran w it. I don't know how yall sleep at night. Crooks. Edit...it wasn't even them I spoke to originally. The money lender must have sold my info to these people.when I called to complain..they hung up on me.

Did not help me. Said their service would take up to 60 days to receive feedback from credit bureaus. I checked in with Lexington Law after 60 days and they said to wait another 30 days. I waited another 30 days and they said to wait another 30 days again. I caught on to the pattern. They will delay their service as long as possible so that they can charge you their monthly fee as much as possible. I was better off improving my score without them. After 120 days I canceled their service with the only outcome being lost time and money.

Lexington Law doesn't do what they say. We tried to call and cancel because nothing was happening for months. They would talk us into keeping our subscription promising that in another month we will see something. Nothing happened so we finally cancelled. Then 2 weeks after they pulled money from our account claiming we owed them money. We had paid every month so not sure what they're claiming. They refuse to give us our money back even though we had cancelled our account. I would never work with this company again. Too bad they can't resolve a simple customer concern like other reputable companies.

Have used Lexington for year's now well worth it for me. Very time consuming JOB to do on my own.

Scam!!!! worked with them for 2 months and found a better credit consolidation bureau canceled my account. they are still requesting money when they did nothing. I still have the account they said they removed from my credit. it shows up on every credit platform I have checked. Don't waste your money with this company. Its not worth your time or patience.

I was very skeptical at first and didn’t know that I even wanted to waste so much money on some thing that I thought was another scam. But The Lexington Law group are the real deal. Within this six months period that I’ve been paying them, I have seen a big change in my credit score. They work behind the scenes by calling and sending letters on your behalf to remove the negative items from your credit. It’s worth every cents I’ve spent and now I am looking into buying a house. Thanks Lexington Law group for all your help.

My son is being charged $139/month by this company. He didn't sign up for an account, has called to try to stop the charges, etc. They prey on poor people. Be aware what a rip-off it is and how unethical and predatory they are.

I have asked them for a supervisor Travis one of the agency keep calling me back and saying okay can you give me your information so I can get in the computer I said no give me a supervisor and he constantly going on and on it on and you you're saying give me a supervisor he would not transfer me to a supervisor he was unprofessional regardless of what I asked and then I asked him over again give me a supervisor when once I give him my information he study go on about the payments or what I owed them and I'm asking for supervisor bad business

Sometimes a long hold, it depends on the time and day that you call. I would recommend calling in the middle of the week later in the afternoon. Every time I have spoken to a paralegal they were extremely helpful, especially the one I just spoke with today. Gave me the time and experience to do a couple of things that I did not think of myself. Hung up phone with a very good feeling of satisfaction and more knowledge that I definitely need. Have to say it's been months since I wrote that post and I completely want to just erase it but I can't I had a very bad experience after all with these people {period} they have some people that work there that have no business doing so and it's really pathetic {period} I would not recommend this to anyone for much because I got nowhere

They cold called me to do business over the phone. When I told the attorney that maybe it wasn't a good idea to do so due to their number showing as "scam likely" he became argumentative and attacked my beliefs. I requested an apology and they never responded.

I talked with John an he was very kind and wonderful to talk to. He helped me with some questions I had and was quite kind understanding and helpful. I recommend he gets a raise

I will not call them a scam, but I will not call them great. I had some items on my report and they do work on them... very, very, slowly. 2 items removed... cool, the rest for 6+ months of "we sent a letter on your behalf and are awaiting responds". it became a waste of money at that point. month after month, nothing. but then again if they were fast, they would run out of people paying every month. Will they fix your credit, the hard answer is yes. But expect it at a pace of at least a year aka $1400+.

I highly doubt Lexington Law Firm is legitimate. This marks the second occasion where they've flooded my voice mail with offers to "fix my credit." Nobody at my household has called them for anything, either this time or the last. When asked where and how they got my number, they answer, "From a website where you signed up for us to contact you!" They won't say what website, of course, because such a site does not exist. Nobody requested them to contact us, so how could it? They won't even tell me the name of who requested the contact. The conclusion? Lexington Law is buying data from other websites and using it in their own phishing scheme. If they're so secretive they won't deal honestly with me about telling me who contacted them, they certainly don't need my money (or yours.) Who knows what they'll do with any fees you pay them? You can, however, most likely bet that they won't be fulfilling any promises they made to you.

It’s to bad you can’t leave zero stars for a review, because that’s what they deserve. I was SO disappointed in Lexington Law. They over promise and under perform. Paid for months, hundreds of $$$ and they accomplished nothing for me. Then when I went to cancel they told me I had to pay $160 or something like that, because “they bill after doing the work” which is so contradicting to what they say when you sign up and have to pay at the beginning of the month prior to doing the work. The months would go by with nothing done and all they would say was “they are working on it”. Paid over $1000 for them to help repair, they did nothing. They threaten to make your credit even worse if you don’t pay the fee when canceling. Find a different company to help you repair your credit. They are so nice when you call to set up an account with them, but after that they are so rude. Save yourself the hassle & $$, go elsewhere.

Lexington Law is an absolute SCAM!!! During the sales call, they told me they could remove my ONE collection account as well as the hard inquiries generated by the auto dealership during my auto loan process. They charged me $129.99 a month to do this which consists of send letters to the Credit Bureaus. Although I thought the price was excessive, I went along with it thinking that the wording in the letters would make a difference, having tried and failed on my own in the past. After two months had passed, I noticed NO CHANGE in my Credit Report: The negative mark was still there and the hard inquiries were still there. When I asked for copies of the certified letter receipts that prove that they actually mailed the letters out, they were unable to do so. So I contacted my bank and charged back all the money.

A great group of guys to have on your team. I had never thought to, nor made use of a law firm for credit repair. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed blind when I decided to trust the random phone call I received about 6 months ago, my credit score somewhere in the 300's. I only spoke with them that one time, paid for 2-3 months worth of there services, as employment became an issue, and now my credit score sits at 523; steadily climbing too. The drastic change is really encouraging, and I wish I had believed them when they said that I could have a 700 credit score if I started paying into all of my bills. Regardless, in the next two months I could be really close to that and I am extremely grateful for their services. For just over $100 a month, it's a great value, and one of my better decisions. Strongly recommended.

I met with this company at their office. They did not do much for me. Our meeting continued to lunch at a local restaurant. We had to take a bus there and they made me ride in the back of the bus..... I was appalled to say the least

Please don't use Lexington Law! They are a bunch of crooks! Won't allow police to investigate a fraudulent charge that Lexington made on my card that someone else used. If you want to repair your credit, I highly recommend that you use Credit Innovations. They start working on your case from day 1. They dont send snail mail like Lexington does. It's all done electronically.

I have been working with Lexington Law now for a few years. I hesitated at first but knew I could not clean up my credit reports on my own. They have the friendliest staff and their system is easy to use. All of my credit reports looks great now and I have actually rebuilt my credit to where it used to be. You definitely cannot go wrong choosing this company. They are not that expensive and worth every penny. Thank you Lexington Law for taking great care of my credit reports. They look awesome!!!

My husband was referred to this ABSOLUTELY terrible law firm to have old accounts disputed from his credit. He paid, had a few disputed and then requested to cancel all services. Well here we are a month after cancelling with three different charges. They also hung up on him 3 times. Literally don't waste your money, these people are crooks and terrible service. I'd give zero stars if possible. The people here are useless and could not give a reason for 3 separate charges. Also refused a refund....

I was so pleasantly surprised with Lexington! All my family and friends thought I had been bamboozeled by the way I signed up for this. I was looking for homes and speaking to someone saying the first thing to do would be fix my credit, then I was transferred to some guy. Extremely nice guy, but I was sure what I got myself into. 1-2 months later I was seeing things drop off my credit and my score going up. I would never have the time to do what they did so I am VERY appreciative of their services. My credit score kept raising and continues to do so still. I was able to move and that meant everything. ALSO I they’re customer service is amazing!!!

I am very satisfied with choosing Lexington law for my credit repair services my rent to own program has several options and i learned about Lexington law a few years back and didn't take them seriously now that i want to own a home and understanding credit i am very blessed that i have 40 percent of my credit removed in 30 days thats awesome. That breathes life back into credit report as well as giving the creditors the confidence in giving me another chance to obtain credit with them at the best interest rate possible. Good afternoon this is to whom it may concern I do not recommend this law firm they are crooks they are thieves and the out to get your money I was incarcerated with my account still being charged and they refused to refund my money I told them that I didn’t want the services and they still continue to charge my account I called customer service to try to get the problem resolved and the agents were not professional whatsoever I wish I would’ve known this in the beginning because I would’ve never took the time out to let them help me in resolving my credit situation now I am out of money and my credit has not been resolved my credit score still remains the same and I’ve been working with these guys for months and months now they are not professional at Lexington Law firm they are crooks thieves they just out to rob you for your money they don’t care about resolving your problem they would tell you unfortunately it’s not their problem and there’s nothing they can do.So may this be a warning to those who are considering Lexington Law firm the crooks the thieves

I had 14 negative items some which were fairly new and did not think for one second they could be removed, Lexington Law removed every single one. Although you might find expensive if you think in the long run it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend Lexington law for anyone that wants to improve their credit and learn about credit which is extremely significant in keeping good credit. I was entered into a credit repair program by a friend of mine. I filled out some simple information I received via email. That was about 2 and half months ago and my credit score has gone up nearly 40 points and almost all of my open debts have been closed. I have not even spoken to a single person on the phone. Detailed email updates all the way, to which I have not had the need to respond to a single one. This rocks.

When I first signed up it was October of 2020 for ONE negative issue on my credit. It is now February 2021 and I still have NOT had any change or progress to this negative charge on my account. I am very unhappy at the fact that when I signed up in October, I wasn’t given any different plan options and was automatically told it would be $130 a month. Since October I have been paying $130 dollars a month and still haven’t seen a change. I called back in to ask why I’m paying so much because I went online and saw that there are different plans to choose from. The rep lowered my cost from 130 to TWENTY FIVE dollars! I’m so unhappy and upset that all this time I’ve been paying so much money when I literally didn’t have to and still have yet to have a change on my report. Money down the drain for sure.

LEXINGTON. LAW delivers on their service promises! My credit score plummeted when I became a victim of identity theft, and was fighting a relentless battle with credit reporting agencies, for not months but for years! I was desperate to repair a battled score! I had tried everything; Life Lock, Experian Credit Monitoring, my bank’s credit service, police reports, certified letters, and even hired an attorney—nothing helped! I spent hours, on the phone, tears, and frustration to get something removed—only for it to reappear on another agency report! Finally, I turned to Lexington Law—I admit I was skeptical...but soon saw within the 1st month they had began to work after I simply provided information. They knew what and how to ensure all the removal of the damaging reporting, and to keep it off for good! I had an unknown business entity hitting my credit report monthly with a hard inquiry, it was destroying my score! The police did nothing, the agencies did nothing! But Lexington Law composed a letter, told me to get it notarized and send it certified mail! It stopped! one after the other the negative reporting cane off! The best of the best, was the most recent phone call, informing me that since all my negative items had been removed from my agency reports and my scores are Now consistently high (700’s again), it was not necessary for me to continue to pay for the premium coverage as I had over the past 8 months! So not only were they going to reduce my monthly fee, but they were crediting me for that past month, and putting me on the lowest $24/mo program! Seriously? What company calls and says, “we know we helped you, so no need to pay us more than is necessary!”. Honestly, no matter what your credit situation might be, if you need help with the repairs, you must call Lexington Law! The paralegals, like Vanessa, are So knowledgeable. The firm is managed by Attorney Brad, who will personally know your case, and email you with any question you have. They are available always and quick to respond. I highly recommend Lexington Law! I’ll remain eternally grateful for the services they provided to me! Don’t wait another minute if you need credit repair... no other company performs or will consistently stand by you until all issues are resolved, like Lexington Law!

Lied about the costs and then had no purpose to their pace other than to keep you paying monthly. 6 months in and my credit had actually gone down as they were "sending letters" which made creditors more active. And even though you pay in advance to activate your account at cancel you still pay them for another month.

Daily phone calls without justification. Called operator and they only want your social security numbers. Not safe and do not use.

I haven't done any business with your company as of this date. I have only made a payment to of $139.95 on @April 4th and $$4.95 on 3/29..

They took money off my bank after I canceled te same day dont go through them it's a scam save your money and time

I can check my credit score anytime. I can see my balance on my credit cards. It’s very easy to use. The staff is easy to speak with and very friendly. Not expensive. Within my budget.

My son told me about Lexington Law. He was very pleased with the service provided and he highly recommended to try this company to fix my credit unfairness. I just started with this company and let's see where it takes me. I would like to see a change in my credit profile and scores. The representatives are very understanding and kind. I'm looking forward to this journey with this company.

I have used their services twice now and both times the service was outstanding! Communication is amazing the timely manner in which they get things done is extremely impressive. The first time I used them they took my credit score from a 463 to a 721 in a matter of 6 months, this time I only had a few things I needed cleaned up so my credit score didn't change much but they accomplished everything I was hoping for in just a matter of a few months! Highly highly recommend these guys, I have referred many friends to them and they all have similar stories! If you need help cleaning up your credit these are definitely the guys to use.

Extremely dishonest. The ONLY one thing you can depend on is that they will take your money right on time every month and that is it. Do NOT waste your money and/or your time. Very rude and unprofessional. For your money, you will get a complete run around and mixed messages from ALL the unexperienced and unknowledgeable paralegals who work from their homes and who are extremely rude and do not care one iota about you. Without a doubt I tell you that it is in their best interest NOT to help you. In spite of me doing everything correctly, my credit score dropped 11 points with them and no one could ever answer my questions. I would be told “you are doing everything right but we don’t know why that is happening” so you can be in the dark for free! I tried to cancel but they would say “ok, we will charge you only half for 2 months” but please do yourself a favor, don’t fall for it! This people are so dishonest that even after I cancelled their services for good, they literally went into my account and for the 2nd time in one month, they took money from me again. Don’t worry, I will get my money if it’s the last thing I do, but for your sake, be sure to talk to your bank before you cancel to alert them not to allow these crooks to take your money. Thief’s, rude, ineffective, incompetent, insensitive, undependable, liars, and all the good reviews you see below, are all made up. Be sure to record every conversation with them and do NOT believe a word they tell you. So glad I got rid of them and that I don’t have to continue to breastfeed them any longer.

When I had first started with Lexington law, which was almost a year ago, I was on the phone about 2 hours with a rep. I asked her multiple questions on the company and how it works, I even asked her multiple times about the billing procedure. She pretty much convinced me during that time that there was no issue and it’s not like a scam like company. The first couple of months were great, there was some really nice people that I talked to. However, I have not seen any changes within the last 6–8 months. I have been paying and just throwing money away for me to be in the same spot. I understand everyone’s situation is different. But there has to be a way to make thee money’s worth right? I called in today, I let them know that I was not able to afford it anymore and also haven’t seen any improvements, so I had rather much just cancel and maybe start somewhere new? Or just save money bc I am currently being garnished as well. I explained all of that to the rep. She was nice at first, then when denying her offers , she got very upset. What made me upset is the fact that LEXINGTON law has ways to escalate some cases & you only have to be angry/upset in order for them to do so. It’s like why didn’t you do that when I was paying all this money that could of just gone to the debt itself!? That’s besides the point. At the end it seemed like a scam bc they were angry I was trying to cancel and still tried billing me! She talked over me as well. That’s not right, I even tried talking to the super visor, and she did not want to talk to me. It’s like they pretty much told me to f**k off! ( excuse my language) I really tried looking into the bright side of this company for the last year & now I just feel like I’ve been played. Horrible experience, as far as the rep & sup. I just wish Lexington law hired real paralegals, not no angry, washed up rep/sup. People deserve the truth & especially if they are wasting their time and money. & no I will not ever contact you guys again. I don’t want to hear excuses. Please don’t go through this company. All they do is smile in your face and stab you in your back.

I was in need of credit repair twice in my life and Lexington Law came through once again. They were able to negotiate my debt with creditors and were able to help my credit score. This second time around that I needed them to help me again I was able to use them and in less than 6 months my score jumped 40 points. I will always recommend them. They deliver and their prices are better also.

WASTE OF MONEY & TIME !!! It has been four months at least now with LexingtonLaw and I haven’t seen any changes to my credit score. I was able to increase my credit score over 100 points by my self by paying off all credit cards. I feel sorry to leave this negative feedback but it’s nothing but the TRUTH !!!!

Lexington Law was a tremendous help to me. I was only with them for about three months. But in that short period of time they helped clean up my credit report. They also shared tips and tools to keep it clear. At first I was skeptical. But they have proven themselves to be true. They created a file for me so that I could track the results. They stay in contact with you to make sure they are addressing your specific needs. I highly recommend this company.

They are very understanding, they work hard to try to get my credit fixed, I only been with them for a month and already 2 things have been removed from my credit... To begin, they do not tell you that only the first payment is to begin services. I was under the impression that each month’s payment was to cover the next month’s work expenditure. Instead each payment is for services previously rendered. So when I went to cancel my service, they informed me I owed them for the previous month. Ok I can understand that, perhaps I misread something. They were even understanding when I said I had plans and needed to push that last payment until the end of the month. The man was very nice and said that he could easily do that. Bing bang botta boom services cancelled, last payment set. Only problem is that they pulled that payment from my account at the beginning of the month anyways and here I am broke until my next check because Lex Law couldn’t manage their billing system. Horribly unprofessional in my opinion. You don’t mess with a man’s money.

SCAM !! Basically you pay them alot of money, They help fix and gain a few points on your credit report. (Make them look good) then your files get Reviewed while they dispute them for several months and months of they Automatically take & take Hundreds from your account.. My Card got locked, canceling # on file They called me 2s a day for 2 weeks asking for my new number Eventually ending account paying over $600 for less then 5 points over 7months..

I must admit to my dismay this company has been great I've had so many things drop off my report with the help of Lexington law . The customer care service is very helpful. No matter how frivolous my questions may be there patient and discuss best case scenario. I'm very happy with these guy. If you need it do it it's worth the money .I was afraid in the beginning.

Since I signed with Lexington law the been on The top of my creditors to verify and succeded to eliminate some of them. They keep me informed anytime there's a change. Good company to work whih.

Lexington Law has removed negative items on my report that without them fighting on my behalf would have stayed on my report, continuing to negatively impact my financial future. I was able to reach them by phone when I needed prompt guidance on upcoming financial issues. I would recommend them 100%.

Lexington law came highly recommended as an organization that could assist me in repairing my credit. When I joined their firm I was not expecting any kind over night results. I thought it would take at least several months to start seeing any kind of credit repair. Well, I have been with Lexington law firm for less than a month and they have managed to remove 2 derogatory marks on my credit report. Very satisified with their organization, results, and customer service.

Lexington law has been very helpful getting negative reports off my credit report. I've gotten 3 wrong reports removed in just 2 months and seeing my credit jump up 94 points is awesome! Highly recommend!!!!!

I have been with this company since they merged from Credit Attorney's and I have to tell you that it has been a great experience working with them. They are professional, kind, and here to assist the customer. They NEVER make you feel uncomfortable utilizing their services. Very professional. I signed up for Lexington law firm in hopes to get the majority of my credit inquiries off of my report. I was hoping that someone would call to talk about the process on how things worked or what the next steps were. Waited a few days still heard nothing decided I would just cancel. Sent an email, called them two days in a row first day I was on hold unable to speak to anyone directly, second attempt which would’ve been within the grace period it was after business hours. Next day I went into the app and saw the chat button. I asked them to cancel my account because nothing has been done no one reached out to me and this is something I do not wanna move forward with. They close my account and told me I would receive an emailed final invoice. I argued that nothing had been done and no one had reached out so why would I be charged for a fee when I already paid the start up fee. No proof of what they had did to help me, closed my acct but refusing to take the charge off when I canceled six days later due to the 5 day grace period. Reached out for help ended up getting more stressed scammed! Thumbs down 0 stars from me!

They do the work on your credit report and I have gotten results. However, when you call to sign up they will tell you they can do any and everything just to get you enrolled that you find out later down the line wasn't true. For example, I specifically said I will need a pay to delete form to the customer representative when enrolling and he told me how that wouldn't be a problem. Now I'm finding out that that isn't a service they offer.

I used Lexington Law top premium service for $129 a month for 5 months. I had 8 negative items ( 3 actual negative items showing as 3 negative items on Bureau X, 3 negative items on Bureau Y, and 2 negative items on Bureau Z. Somehow Bureau Z didnt have one of actual negative item). After using Lexington Law's top service plan for $129 a month for 5 months, I ended up having 9 negative items. Eventually they let the Bureau Z to include missing negative item in their reports. I am a businessman and I am very reasonable and understanding of services or products when they fail, I am patient if they correct their mistakes, but with this company I totally felt the way they do business is really a scam. I felt responsible reporting this companies' scam business model. There are serious other businesses who guarantee or refund policy if they cant do improvement in 3 months. I contacted several times, asked about their work on my cases, I did not receive any solid response. I did not receive any mails from bureaus showing they did any work for my cases. No evidence. I requested report of what they have done for my case, they refused to share any details. Next day they disabled my account and sent email stating they would not work on my case, cancelled my plan, and will not work on my case in future. I paid $129x5 which $645 and I ended up having worse credit with them. Please share this with everyone, if you have plan ask evidence of their work, do not stick them and end up with nothing after months. I am also going to file a complaint to Attorney General, as well as FTC, hope they would stop scamming people.

This is a scam to some people. I was offered a deal in price that was not upheld. I was told things just to get me to sign up. I should have read the fine print but since they are a law firm helping with money, I believed them. When I went to cancel they just kept trying to sell me on more services. They actually couldn't fix anything on my credit but wanted to sell me on more services. The lady wouldn't give us her full name, she has no supervisor to speak with and against what the company/ her herself told us we were charged a huge amount for leaving. Scam scam scam

No need to subscribe to this scam company. They don't do nothing. They was keep telling me we send a letter and waiting a response. Perhaps I was the one that I called for my creditors and dispute my credit. And they try to take the credit of my work. I paid 3 months ,125 each month. Don't ever fall on this scam.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I initially signed up to clean some things off my credit report. When I signed up, the "lawyer" with whom I spoke informed me that I'd only pay for one month and that I'd have the option to continue to pay for subsequent months should I choose to do so. Claiming to be some type of law firm, I assumed they were reputable and reliable. Unfortunately, I automatically got charged for a second month. When I called to discuss this I was informed that letters had been sent to the various credit agencies and we were waiting to hear back from them and I would have to continue to pay every month until they heard something back. When I expressed that I'd like to cancel my account and receive a refund for a payment I was not expecting, I was not only informed that if I canceled they would immediately stop working on my case and disregard any information that came in afterwards, which contradicts what I was told when I initially signed up, but they continued to try to upsell me. I asked several times to close the account and each time they tried to sell me a different service. When I finally did the lady to confirm she would close my account she told me there'd be a review process for any potential refund, though I get the feeling they'll likely try to charge me more. Fianlly, from what I can see from other reviews is that someone may respond to this review but likely with some "canned" response and with no real care to the customers concerns.

Lexington Law are very professional. They are knowledgeable each time I've conversed with them. They are always polite and sincere with their answers to my questions I feel confident in my decision to hire them for my case.

I was blown away at how friendly the representative I spoke with was. Normally I avoided conversations about my credit because I am embarrassed that it isn't better but the representative made me feel comfortable and relaxed about the situation. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to help their credit.

I had one issue on my credit report from Barclay which I will continue to maintain is an error on their part and I was not properly notified, After months of waiting and hundreds of dollars I find out that Barclay is almost impossible to deal with when it comes to removing data from your credit report. I feel that Lexington Law should have been honest upfront but they weren't and were onto too happy to take the monthly fee. I would not recommend them moving forward and am very disappointed in their performance.

I prefer everyone to look another way dealing with this law firm. They make things sound good and say they can do more but they’re actually doing the same thing you can do. I try to get a refund as soon as they took my payment because I did not want to go further on with it so they charge me for an extra month on my card when I’m trying to dispute the first payment they took. This place is a big scam they get a zero from me. They told me they did so much work for me but when I called and put my Social Security number through, i’m not even in their system. No Stop and Don’t Do it to yourself. You’re going to be angry with yourself when they say they’re fixing your credit but Can’t show you anything of what they did. Was right is right wrong is wrong don’t play with people money.

My score has raised over 30pnt with in the first couple months, with neg items being removed.

Quick results and understanding of the situation it was questionable at first but my credit score has shot up tremendously in just 2 months and still going up I definitely recommend using Lexington it was very much worth it

I started with a very low credit score with several bad marks still on my credit report. Which Lexington Law firm went and fought to get them removed. Which they were removed. And what impressed me the most was the teaching they did of how to improve my credit score. Always very professional. I highly recommend the firm.

When I 1st sigh up the rep said it was going to be $130 or $65 for me and $65 for my wife I was how does it work he said instead of challenging 12 letter for you we divide them in 6 for you and 6 for your wife Im ok let’s do it I ask the guy several time so it’s going to be $130 per month for me and my wife he said Yes!! Is not going to change 😂 I believe the 2nd payment they withdraw was $150 per person so angry I call them the lady I talk too spoke poor English she did not understood what I was saying she keep on reading the scrip I end it up canceling I would not Recommend or used them At all everything they tell you it’s all lies

Biggest scam I’ve ever dealt with. These people charged my card for 114.95 and then for 22.95 for “their services” and in their agreement i states no fee is charged until they take on the case which I did not have them do. I would like my money credited to my account or I seeking further litigation for falsifying on their behalf

All Representative / Paralegals I have dealt with take the time to explain all questions and their dedication to customer service is unquestionable. I am so very pleased how they have been instrumental in resolving my credit history issues. They are well worth their fees. It was the best decision I have ever made and in a very short time my credit has increased and I recommend them too all my friends and hope they use their services.

Terrible experience. They’re really nice to you on the phone and have you go through a whole credit history process but after months all i got was a decrease in my credit and whenever I’d call them about an update on my credit they said “A challenge has been sent to the creditor it hasnt yet been expedited” & then they say they’ll expedite it and when i called for an update a month later theyd say the same thing “it hasnt been expedited yet.” So the whole time they took my money n worsened my credit (mind you currently all my credit bills are paid early or on auto pay and lexington law was “fixing” things from 3 years ago)

I would highly recommend the services of Lexington Law. They have removed five items from my credit in a couple of months! My paralegal rep is Ben T, and he is phenomenal. He is professional, knowledgeable, and patiently answers all of my question. He explains every step taken clearly and succinctly. He is also quite pleasant, which is a plus! They also have an app that allows you to see the progress of your case in a timely manner. I paid for the best package and the first representative told me that they would immediately challenge every negative mark on my credit but four months later that they're only challenging three per month and when I asked about the ones that were challenged in the beginning, I was told I would have to wait longer - and it had already been over 120 days. They promised to get me results with 30 to 60 days. I called after four months and cancelled. My credit never changed and now I'm $600 poorer. I will never recommend them. Their answers change. They are unclear and their promises are not kept.

These people Know what to do to help you recover I went thru a tough divorce and foreclosure they have protected my credit rating vigorously to help me come out of it all with an excellent rating....everything takes some time Just let them do what they do best...It will be one of the decisions that will help you sleep at night knowing they are always working in the background

Lexington law has helped me remove nearly all of my negative items on my credit. And they send me updates regularly with the items that they have had removed and the items that they are working on currently. I went from a terrible credit score to just recently purchasing a home and some property.Highly recommend them,they changed my life in a lot of ways.

I have asked on several ocassions (the past two weeks) for this company to stop calling me, they circumvent the DNC list by using fake numbers and a third party. I have been on the DNC list since 2019 and when I tell a rep to remove my number they literally call back from a fake number. When I finally spoke with someone at Lexington Law they blamed a third party for contacting me, completly ignoring the fact I was transferred to a Lexington Law credit specialist. I would NEVER work with a company that circumvents the law to push their product. Based on other complaints on the BBB, they are a scam anyway. I can help you clean your credit without charging you one thin dime; I know, I went from a credit score of 429 in 2018 to 756 in 2021 Don't pay them to help you do something you can do for yourself for free. They are scam artist who prey on the poor to line their pockets. I filed a formal complaint with the DNC Registry & the Attorney General of UT

Emails sent to the paralegals were not answered with questions about my case. The service may work but is so slow that my credit will improve in a few years on its own as items time out. I no longer wish to spend money on this service.

I have never worked with such a passively managed law firm as Lexington Law Firm. Every time I called to cancel with them they came back with, "but we were just about to send out the next letter to the _____. Don't you want to continue with your monthly plan to have us manage this?" Feels very much like a subscription scam to make you "think" they're doing something when in actuality they don't do anything. They don't actively manage anything. Everything is passively managed. They expect me to contact them for updates when I'm paying THEM to act on my behalf. Total waste of time and money. If you need an attorney hire a REAL one...not this sad lot.

I have been with Lexington Law for years and trust them to monitor my credit reports and alert me if and when I need to check on items. They are excellent at working with creditors to remove negative items that may appear on your report and improve your credit score. I highly recommend them.

I got a phone call it said was from them but they Lexington law spoofed my work number in Texas but they don't know how to fix that. so be very careful of said calla from these people

Just hired Lexington a week ago, don't know much about this , but I did my research and they have good reviews, so far I'm still waiting for more positive results soon, I'm on a fixed income and a single parent of two, money is very tight right now and I hope this company will help get these creditors off my back. I will keep you all posted once Lexington helps with my situation. I cannot keep paying for months ..... Paid for their services for over a year. Literally started at 0% progress and ended at 0% progress. Every communication I had with one of their employees I had to re-explain my situation. Every time I would ask for any explanation I would receive the same generic/automated responses. When I wanted to cancel they did not ask me "why?" they simply just cancelled my account without requesting feedback or trying to save the customer. From someone who has worked in customer service/sales for years and years this shows not only a lack of compassion for their customer but also an unwillingness to try and learn/grow. The definition of insanity is expecting a different outcome when repeating the same action over and over again. This is how they operated with my cases.

Honestly I really don’t understand the way y’all work. I signed up was charged 100 dollars then a couple days later I wanted to cancel because I found help elsewhere, so I wanted to see if I can cancel and maybe get a refund. No refund. Okay then they try to charge me 35 more dollars before I can cancel. Makes no sense. The worst service ever. Would not recommend at all

Lexington law keeps me informed, reminded, and alerted to changes in my case and credit. Lexington law gives me, as a client, a sense of partnership in our endeavors of credit repair. For instance , “ 1 negative item has been removed.” Emails like this prove Lexington law is both diligent and on my side.

Just so everyone knows. Those high reviews they have are most likely paid by the company as a heads up. AKA... They're fake. Company is for sure a scam. 100%. I called to cancel and they said since I had just had money taken out for the month to go another month to not waste it. That's what I did and made sure to cancel before the next payment was pulled. On that day they pulled out and will not refund it. Even though they have recorded lines and listened to the call where their rep told me that I wouldn't be charged if I pulled out before the month. Pretty dishonest. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They will take your money and run.

Some years ago when I sighed up, I was told how much the cost would be. I agree to it and the very next day I had a phone call back to let me know after reviewing my account they would take care off my account for only a few Dollars per month. Lexington Law is a great law firm. I gave them 5 stars because they are very professional when they talk over the phone,good listener's,they will do what ever they can do to fix your credit, and just puts it this way they are the best. I see it this way what's the point in paying a whole bunch of money to pay off your credit when you can have Lexington Law fix your credit and then have it cleared .

So we went through Lexington for about 6 months and in that time they did absolutely nothing. So we went through bolt credit and they removed all the bad credits that could be removed in a month! So I would say don’t waste your money. Absolutely ridiculous.

My journey with Lexington Law has been a good one. When I started with them back in I think October my credit score was at a 500. Lexington Law begin challenging negative items on my credit report and my score soon moved up to a 550 within a 4 month period. They also give great advice on better and healthier ways of improving your credit. I think I will be to my target credit score in no time. I do wish they had some kind of debt consolidation program. But I take my time reviewing my debt from the app and website and pay off certain things on my own. This is my second time working with Lexington Law and each time I've left a satisfied customer.

I gave it a try. After multiple payments, I discovered Lexington was unsuccessful in obtaining copies of my Experian and Equifax credit reports. I uploaded tons of supporting documentation in the portal and they didn’t know it was there until I called to complain about poor results. Very disappointed.

If not for the outstanding assistance with my credit repair I received, my family and I would not be in our new home. I had been working on positive credit for years, but banks were still denying me a loan. So I looked at my credit report to see what was affecting their decision. In 4 very short months they removed 9 major negative items, and my score raised 170+ points, I went back to the bank and was immediately approved for my home loan with a great interest rate. Billing is very rude hateful and very inappropriate manners. You also took money out of my card on file before time of set payment and wrong amount agreed on. Other than this issue which happened on 09/06/21 I have been happy and satisfied with the way I was treated. The draft of 19.99 caused me overdraft charges of 30 dollars wonder if yall will pay that since one of your workers didn't change the draft time like she said she had.

I was extremely impressed with Lexington law. Extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I base my success on repairing my credit solely from working with Lexington law. The reason behind 4 stars not 5. I feel I need to explain. If you plan on repairing your credit definitely use Lexington law! The only reason I am no longer a customer with Lexington law. Getting an email every so often is very Impersonal. I feel calling your customers is much more personal and shows that you are much more sincere about helping a person repair their credit. Use Lexington law there absolutely amazing! I personally just didn't like the fact that they would just send an email and never a phone call about the situation. I always had to call them.

HORRIBLE! Do not waste your money! I signed up with them Feb 2020, with the hopes of fixing my credit by the end of 2020 as I was looking to purchasing a home(hence this is what the paralegal told me) paying $125 monthly up until yesterday MORE THAN A YEAR LATER, that I called to cancel my account as my score went BELOW then when I originally signed up with them! I felt robbed! Never again, they make false promises!

I would trust them again. I went to them with a small collection that showed on my credit report which I had paid in full several years earlier. They called it an “uncomplicated case” when selling me their service. Each month I got charged, but no progress was made towards either validating that we were making progress towards resolution, or that no action toward repair could happen. I was stuck in limbo with very little action taking place, and defined end to my case, and getting billed month-after month with no product being produced. After spending nearly $500, and seven months of time, the cost to repair exceeded the original debt which was paid before I engaged Lexington. This service provided little or no value given the lack of defined action, or progress towards any type closure.

Money grabbing and have no clue what they're talking about. Wish I hadn't ever signed up. They try to trap you with hidden fees and cancelation garbage but all of the calls and "help" that I received were not helpful at all.

I'm very pleased with the simplicity of using Lexington Law. I had some old items on my credit report that were impacting my credit and didn't realize that the reporting Credit Bureaus didn't remove them. Lexington is taking care of these issues very quickly. The fees have been very reasonable, and that is a great help. I recommend them. Thanks Lexington Law.

I have certain things I need taken off my credits and I was told they can help me with it. Today I wanted to cancel my account and I thought I was going headache on my own and I had doubt. I no longer have doubt. Lexington Law is awesome, already making things great for me and once they're done, and I have any problems I will for sure no doubt will call them and won't think twice about. They've taking stress away for me, my children , and my awesome fiance. We can now have a better life and I'm grateful and appreciative so I thank Lexington Law for everything and I will recommend Lexington Law to everyone. Lexington Law is number one on my list period.

Lexington Law firm is true to their words. The staff members displays professionalism, and empathy to their clients. They have helped me removed about 109 Items off my credit report. They have and still are working with me to make this process more affordable for my budget, they check in on me often either by phone or by email, overall I would say Lexington Law Firm goes and beyond to help their clients with not so perfect credit. The staff are knowledgeable, they are prepared to answer tough questions. I cannot recall a time I was put on hold while the rep finds the answer to my question, they are always prepared to make their customers happy and satisfied. Great Job y’all. Since getting in touch with Lexington law and coming to an agreement as far a payment for services rendered goes, Lexington lawyers and paralegals went to work for me and have successfully removed almost all negative marks from my credit file.

My husband & I signed up to work on repairing our credit. It was a long process but the lady that enrolled us was a doll and it seemed like a great value at only $65 each! I was paying for both accounts from my debit card. All was well for the first month, and then on month two, they charged us $129 each. Yikes! But I figured.. okay, they've sent letters on our behalf and they made a mistake so I called in. I experienced the worst customer service I've ever received in my life, the "paralegal" berated me on the phone for not being able to afford the extra that came out of my account. I hung up and called back, and the next rep refunded the difference. Great, right? Nope! One refund went through and then they cancelled the second, trying to scam me out of money. I finally got it back three weeks (and four phone calls) later. The next month.. boom. Overcharged again. And they still hadn't done any more work on our account! So at this point, I was cancelling. Again, worst customer service ever. But I got the accounts cancelled and was told I'd have to pay a partial fee the next month for services already rendered. Okay, sure. Well, the next month they charge me the partial fee & the $129 for my husband's account. I call in (with him on the phone) and they said I never had authority to cancel his account, even though it was on my card, and the lady confirmed it was cancelled. I was livid. And the rep just kept getting increasingly unprofessional, yelling at me on the phone about how I "must not understand." I demanded to speak with a supervisor and she hung up on me. Eventually, we got the accounts cancelled but not without being out a lot of money with no work actually being done. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

DO NOT RECOMMEND Nothing changed on my credit for 8 months I could have paid off some of my collections with the amount I paid them. After requesting to cancel service they charged me before doing so. They are taking advantage of the people that are trying to fix their lives and credit. I should be calling my lawyer at this point. Very disappointed And I will be blasting all over social media platforms . 👎👎👎👎👎👎

If you have any doubt about whether or not to hire Lexington Law for credit repair, put it aside! Within 24 hours of becoming their client my credit score went up 50 points, and within 4 business days they had already taken measures to challenge several items. I'm beyond happy with their efficiency and urgency, as well as their communication.

If I could give zero Stars I would give zero Stars. Lexington Law is a scam rip-off take your money drag it out as long as possible. I was with them for almost 4 months only got credit score raised of Five Points Believe the one-star reviews they are real!!

Do not trust these reviews! This place is a scam. Read their BBB and YouTube reviews from REAL CUSTOMERS. Their services stop working after a month and will spam you with fake letters thinking it works. It does not. After 3 months of service my credit went back down to what it originally was and when I called to address the issue they gave me a run around, denied my request to cancel and tried to push me to stay longer with “discounts” and promises. I asked for a refund they never gave it to me and continued to charge my account. When I called again to let them know I wanted to cancel a second time they again denied my request, pushed deals on me to stay. Absolutely horrible service! I still haven’t received my refund, i don’t think I ever will. Best of luck to those who hire these people. It’s not worth it!

Before working with Lexington Law I felt blind with credit score calculation logic. I didn't feel that I can manage it. I didn't feel that I am the OWNER of MY credit score. I have been working with lexington law for the last 5 months , i pay $129 monthly for them to work on my credit and this will be my last month paying them because they refuse to work on my inqueries, How can i pay to get my credit fixed and them tell me that they dont work on that , something thats affecting my credit like seriously . I was very happy at first with all the work that they've done so far but this has been a disappointment

I used this company for 6 months and only ever received a 6 point increase on my credit score. I've paid them $600+. If you are looking to really improve your credit, I would not recommend this company. They also kept telling me not to cancel because they are sending letters. So I would pay another month and still, I wouldn't see any resolution on my case. This happened the last 3 months I was on the service. Overall, it was a super huge waste of money and time.

My husband and I decided to go with Lexington to fix our credit. It was a huge mistake. They charged us way more then what was told to us on the phone, then even after my husband called to cancel they still charged my card which messed with other bills. And now when I told them again to cancel I still have to pay another payment of over 130.

If you have any issues with your credit, I would highly recommend Lexington Law. They are prompt, courteous, and provide insight to their process of repairing your credit. My credit was damaged. It was holding me back from accomplishing and obtaining things I needed. They managed to remove the most damaging items within a few weeks. They sent notifications to my email about the steps they were taking, the results expected, and the outcome of their disputes. When I had a question, they were prompt and gave me detailed info which I could clearly understand. Although my credit isn't perfect for now, I feel comfortable keeping them as my 'credit repair team' until my credit goals are reached. All in all, the little money you spend per month, {for a few months} is worth having peace of mind for many years to come.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY with Lexington Law. If I could give them -5 Stars I would. They make their program sound good and that they can help you. But they can't and won't really help you. I was skepical to begin with and within a week they proved me right.

Lexington once provided a good service at a fair price. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. By way of disclosure, I'm a former employee who worked there for about 8 years. I once was a strong believer in Lexington but this can no longer be the case. They have increased prices and are giving clients less for more money. They have cut service hours and staff so much that a Lexington manager told me that they have between 2 and 3 thousand abandoned calls per day. That is, people waiting on hold who hang up before they get to talk to someone. Call in wait times are usually well over 30 minutes. Employees are under such pressure to keep customers that they don't tell people everything they should and may deliberately mislead people for fear they will cancel. The employees are supposed to "save " 75 percent or more of clients who might cancel. Now they are forcing employees to save clients to much more expensive service levels than the client needs. Once ethical this company no longer cares about anything but the bottom line. Save a ton of money buy learning online how to do credit repair yourself. Lexington doesn't do anything for you you can't do for yourself.

Paralegal got me to sign up with them by pulling my credit score and telling me it was almost 100 points lower then what it actually was. When I decided to get a subscription to the 3 major credit bureaus and found out my credit way higher then what they had told me. When i called to cancel for their bad info they refused to refund me after i had already cancelled. Took 4 phone callad and a call to Capitol One (my credit card company) to get these lying thieves to return my money. Waste of time these people are.

I started with Lexington Law 3 years ago. Within a year they had completely taken care of the inquiries on my credit. I didn't owe any debts to creditors but it was still counting against my credit. Lexington Law not only removed all the items but continued to help me build my credit. I was able to apply for loans without a cosigner and was able to start a mortgage and get into my own house. I could not have done anything without the help that Lexington Law provided me. One very satisfied customer!

They work fast, knowledgeable law firm. That help me get my credit score back up. Didn't take too long and answered every question I had. Very flexible when it came to payment arrangements. I am truly grateful for them. They're truly a great company. I will always trust Lexington law.

I only been a client with Lexington law for a month now, however they genuinely seen interested in assisting me with negotiating and repairing my credit 6 months later they did nothing to help me, nor did my credit score approve at all. every time I've talked to the para legal staff they were very personable and were able to answer all of my questions. After about 4 months my score has went up about 250 points and rising due to their work and advice, 3 of my credit reports are now clean and the 4th should be clean by next month, this makes me very happy! they also started working right away and I would recommend them to anyone who need their credit repaired.

Day 104 of a 60 day "solution". Nothing changed except lowering my Bank Balance. 1 item, same on all 3 credit bureaus, less than $500.00 owed! God help the people with major credit problems!
