Misti goes above and beyond with her customer service. I had specific furniture in mind and she found it for me. I am so pleased with her, I won't go anywhere else. Misti and her coworkers are so amazing.very friendly atmosphere.

I love this place!! I went through a financial crisis, they helped me overcome it. Sometimes I still need cash for the unexceptional. They treat all of their customers amazing. I won an XBOX from stopping in requesting financial help. I love you Action Rent to Own❤️💕

Hi I would like start by saying Action Rent to own is one of favorite stores I have been going there for a number of years now and the people there are great they are very respectful, nice, and caring very helpful they are always giving back to the community whether its having raffles for the public which I once won a television as I was entered in a raffle because they had a clothing drive for kids and I brought in some clothes or just having Santa at their store for the kids to take pictures and I think that that is very good business to care about your customers so if you need anything a gift for your kids or some money to pay a bill go down to Action Rent to Own they will help you out the best way they can and you might end up winning a gift.

I spoke with Misti today, and I was very impressed with her handling my concerns over a misunderstanding. I appreciated her taking the time out of her busy schedule to speak with me. I’ve been with them for a long time and am planning to continue to do so. The company is a family owned business and she definitely has us for a lifetime customer! Thank you Misti!

I would love to give Action 5 stars. They worked with us and we were able to pay off our bedroom sets AND loan. I’ve given praise on Facebook, communicated, and also paid a payment for the living room set that one of my referrals rented from Action to make sure we stayed in good standing with them. But it’s extremely frustrating that because of the 2 referrals we referred to Action, we were hit in a negative way. Yes, the referrals are family, but after me and my husband moved, we knew nothing of Action and the referrals. I don’t feel that your LOYAL customers should have to take a hit because of the actions of their referrals. Although we called and talked to Misty about a living room set, she stated that they weren’t going to allow us to rent from them anymore, she didn’t specify why, she only stated that her husband turned us down. I didn’t know why at the time. When I found out the initial reason (which was recently) I was disappointed. Accountability needs to be held by those who are at fault, it shouldn’t be held against those who aren’t at fault,

Misty was amazing! He made everything simple and easy...I was able to within five minutes get approved and within two hours they will be delivering to my house. She was excellent with communication and her customer service is top notch! I will definitely recommend!!

As soon as a walked in Misty was helpful and friendly. I told her i was looking for a gaming system and she explained the application process, which was pretty painless. In about half hour i had a new gaming system. She also matched my payment of 70 $ towards the same as cash price

Action Rent To Own is Amazing! My Nephew needed a bed, we called to get an estimate on what it would cost to get him one. Not only did they help us find the perfect bed for him, they also DONATED THE BED. WITH FREE DELIVERY I give them 5 stars for for their kindness and generosity. The staff is professional and so sweet. We have rented three times from them and it was only a 10 minute process. They know you by first name, very welcoming. I would never think about going anywhere else. Definitely would give a 10 🌟s if I could . Absolutely love them!

Awesome experience. Someone greeted me right as I walked in. They were super patient, answered all my questions, and gave me tons of great info. Didn't rush me or make me feel as if I was a nuisance or wasting their time. Had my couch delivered the next day, which I wasn't expecting. Honestly, some of the best customer service I've ever had. I know where I'm going anytime I need furniture now.

I previously left a good comment because 1. They ask you to when you get furniture from them. 2. They offer a discount for leaving a good review. But after dealing with this company for the last couple of months I have realized how awful they really are. There is a woman named Yvette or something who claims to be in their “legal” department. She will call you before your payment is even past due and demand that you make a payment then tell you if you make the payment on YOUR PAYMENT DUE DATE they will charge you an additional 40.00 No one here knows what they are doing and are seriously confused. And if your payment is even 1 day late the same lady mentioned above will call you not once, not twice but 7 times and leave you 7 voicemails working 10 minutes. It’s borderline harassment. Now my payment is always on time and I generally pay for 2 months at a time but I was late ONE time. On top of all of this my dryer broke the first month I had it, I then had to wait an entire month for sears to come out and fix it and they offered no replacement or discount. Your better off finding another company that knows what they are doing and cares about customer service.

this place is everything and more!! got my set the same day! I always look at Google reviews and this place did not disappoint! Misti helped us and she was really chill and easy to talk to. no sales pitch, or pushy talk. she was awesome! I really liked how they are willing to work with u on everything. I've rented from rentacenter before...and this place beats them prices!! they have great stuff! wish I found them sooner!!

She wasn't pushy, gave us space to decide what we wanted, was very knowledgeable, and was willing to work with us on pricing! There was No credit check and the guy who delivered everything was so friendly! Best experience ever!!

I purchased a sofa for my place of business and this was the best company to do that with! Misti was extremely helpful, detailed, and professional. She understood the circumstance of needing a couch but needing it for a much smaller. She was able to find the exact dimensions needed and my employees love the new furniture! They were amazing! The owner helped me and my roommate in every way possible to find the right furniture for our living room set! She was very helpful and gave us good pricing! After struggling to find a good set everywhere, this was the best place to go too!

I never leave reviews, but this place...wow! I live in Grantsville, but do business though them and not the place in Tooele, because of the customer service I have received. For a couple years I debated new furniture, each time I called or went in they were so helpful and kind. In fact when I called to order furniture the employee personally sent me texts of photos of a set on the floor from her cell, because the ones I called to order were on backorder! Ended up being way cheaper and they price matched a competitive places down payment. Fast forward, by washer and dryer went out and I called them to see if there was anything reasonable and they were empathetic and were so helpful, I got a great deal and fast delivery! There has never been a phonecall that wasn't pleasant! I am always so impressed with the customer service I get!

The staff is very friendly, and they help you quickly and make you feel very comfortable and welcomed.. the process was super quick, and I got my mattresses delivered the next day! The timeframe was scheduled from 5-6 but they got here exactly at 5.. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely be back and will refer friends and family!

Action Rent To Own is a class act business. I have been coming to Rent To Own for almost 10 years and they have been great to me. They always make sure I get my money's worth and treat me with respect. Not only are they great to do business with but they are always giving back to the community donating thousands of dollars worth of food for the food bank, warm coats and socks to the shelters and shampoo, soap and other much needed items to the local women's shelter. What a great business and amazing people who work there!

My husband and I went in to Action at 5:30 pm on December 20th 2017 and they took such amazing care of us they were fast and nice. We have rented from other companies and Action has the best prices we have ever seen. I highly recommend them. They absolutely will take care of you!
