I worked with Jennifer and she really took the time to get to know me and made me comfortable with getting a title loan. It was not an easy decision for me and I'm super glad I came to this location. I came because they have such good reviews and now I see why! Thanks TitleMax!

WARNING ⚠️⚠️ DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE ⚠️⚠️ I made a mistake by getting a title loan from here and delt with Charlotte. At first, she was nice but as soon as I signed the documents for the loan her demeanor changed and she rushed me out the door as if I was just another client. I made my payments and one month had issues with the Title Max app. I called her and told her the app was down and her response was "well, you're just going to have to pay the late fees" so I took payment in instead. When I took my last payment in she was quite upset that I was paying off my loan and at one point refused to give me back my title! The interest I paid was very high! Please read all the paperwork before you sign! This place is a rip off and I hope Charlotte learns to treat people better.

I shopped around for a few days before I decided to go to Title Max for a loan I really needed, I was really hesitant on even getting a loan in the first place because I’ve heard many horror stories of things going out right wrong. I’m extremely happy I decided to go to Title Max Charlotte Byrd the general manager of the store was so great to work with and assured me that my decision was the right one. The care she has for her customers, not just the money as other loan companies feel like they only want to rip off anything they can take. I could have easily gotten more money then I asked for but didn’t need it, where other companies weren’t trying to loan me near as much. Thank you very much! If I ever need a loan again in the future I know where to go!

I have had nothing but a great experience working with this Title Max location. The employees are friendly and willing to help in any capacity that they can. I feel like they give a fair loan price as well. I would definitely recommend this loan company 2 anyone looking for a good deal and great customer service.

GREAT value is what I would say actually. The company is really fair when it comes to loaning you an amount that's appropriate in regards to your vehicles true value. The service that Barbara provided was exceptionally well, informative, professional, attentive, mindful, etc to say the least. The company even gave a check for 50 bucks that I didn't have to repay!! I would definitely recommend this company, particular this location (Millcreek) to anyone looking for a fair loan utilizing their vehicle!

At first I was apprehensive about going to a Title company. I was use to dealing with traditional banks. Charlotte the General Manager made feel at ease. She took her time to explain their program. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions. In the end I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend Title Max to anyone.
