went in here for a loan and there were 2 new employees no general manager to help them. they had to be on hold for there own help line. i took them 4 hours for everything

This TitleMax loan store is unquestionably the best customer experience I have ever had in regards to processing loans. They are friendly and really have your best Interest at heart. John H. Who works there offered to open early Monday morning to accommodate my crazy schedule. Any place that has the customers interest in mind first is a place worth giving my business to. Today I came frantically into the store in hopes of using a scanner in order to get my document signed and to my loan officer. The document was needed in order to close on my home on time. John and Aleisha were so unbelievably kind and helpful even though my loan officer was with a different company. They had me email the document to them, then they printed it so I could sign it and be re-scanned to my email. They were so quick and calming. To say the least, I will be going here for any loans in the future after the kindness they showed me today!!

Definitely a great place for short term loans. They've helped us out twice, and they don't charge all the interest if you payoff early, like other companies. I would recommend them over any other place.

I was in need of $5000 in a hurry to cover expenses for my son as we awaited approval for his disability benefits. I had looked to my credit union but because of past issues with taking care of our son our credit had suffered and they were not willing to help. So I had to look for a title loan. The people at Title Max actually answered the phone on the first ring and answered all my questions. The whole process took about 45 minutes and I walked out with the check. My credit union gave me no problems with making the money available right away. Flash forward 2 months later and still waiting on the wheels of government to spine ever more slowly before we finally resolve the issue and can pay back the title loan. Now I need another $2000 to keep us afloat for another 2 months. NO PROBLEM! Walked back in to Title Max and 20 minutes later had the check. Yes, the interest rate is high, but if it's a short-term need then it serves it's purpose. We had no other option and just have to concentrate on the fact that we can pay it back within a short period of time. UPDATE 6/5/2020 I ran into some issues due to a reduction in income from the Covid Crapola. John was a very empathetic and offered me some options to fit my individual situation. It definitely gave me peace of mind knowing that he was on my side. In the end I was able to work things out over time and get the account paid off and go back to living life again. THANKS John!!
