Brenda has done an amazing job explaining the options on my loan and helping me get the money I need it quick. Once approved they will give you a check for you to go cash it at your bank. I strongly recommend paying off your loan as soon as you can, and avoid paying late.

I've been in a few times in the past 2-3 years, Title Max has no interest in keeping your title, they strive for excellent customer service, and work with their customers in keeping payments current, and are willing to make adjustments, due to the various situations that normally occur in life. I'm not sure if the percentage charged on the loans are the lowest , but they are the lowest I've ever seen. I had the pleasure of working with Elly Lee, who was super nice, and courteous. She was very efficient, and quick with the process , which was rare in my experiences. She treated me with respect, and made me want to come back again. I only wish more people in the car loan industry were like her , professional, and courteous.
