We're very helpful and quick to get me my loan. And even more helpful when inquiring about getting another loan on top maxing me out at the top "tier" but when I fell a little behind they made promises to work with us and promised to remind us before our next payment was due. I did miss my payment and that's on me, but I recieved none of the promised reminders or updates. And now I can't seem to be able to get in contact with them through any of the normal ways I always have (I work almost identical hours to their business, I rely on calling and texting as walk ins are impossible for me). I always had good experiences until they maxed me out and stopped following through with what they promised. I'm sure I'll be sent to collections soon if they continue to ignore my attempts to catch up on my payments.

Shoutout to Naph! I went in to get a personal loan & she was super quick and had everything verified in about 20 minutes. I stayed much longer cuz she happens to be the nicest person ever. I will definitely send any family here when they are in a bind.

I won't change my 5 star rating because they were there when i needed them but now I just use an app on my phone called Earnin. It's super convenient and I can get up to 100 dollars a day and just pay it back on payday. Which is how I always used the service's here anyway. may still be good for some people who need longer term loans but the interest may kill you on a long term loan which is why i never got a long term loan here.

When I am entrusting my finances with someone I believe they should be honest. I don't believe that the new management at the Sunset store has done. Tanisha(sic) told me the the person (Stephanie) that I had work with for 2 years with at the Sunset was always off but in reality she was transferred to Clinton. This I found out though Carolina,Two weeks later When they Tanisha says that she will call you back she doesn't I don't believe this is good customer service. She is good to text you when your loan is do but never know what is owed.

I liked the service because they did everything right over the phone, very respectful and helpful. Everything was explained very well with different options for payment methods as far as a new customer plan or like a 6 month payment plan. There Great.

wouldn't recommend Mr Money. There are cheaper places around that don't make you write a million checks. When you get a loan they right you a check then you have to wait a certain amount of time to Cash it and their bank charges you to cash it.. Staff members also shouldn't cold text numbers and try to give rewards for positive reviews ain't that right Naph. Found it rude considering I haven't used there services in years.

Ok, so I have never done a loan like this before. I was in a pinch and heard them advertise so I thought I'd try it out. The application process was very easy and I was so relieved that they don't check credit. They gave me a very generous limit and the best part was my loan was free because I only needed it for a week. Who gives you a free loan?!? I couldn't believe that! This was so much better than borrowing from family, lol. The manager here, Stephanie, was such a friendly lady and I genuinely enjoyed being there in her location. We had a nice chat about our Boxer puppies :) Anyhow, I highly recommend this loan company. Fast, friendly, so affordable, and just a painless way to get extra money between paydays.
