Some of the best prices in town no matter what type of items I bring in to sell. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and they always have enough employees on shift so even when they're busy you won't have a long wait in line.

Renee was the most vicious, condescending, and UNBELIEVABLY rude person I've ever come across in many years of occasionally utilizing pawn shops. She was short, sarcastic, and told me off for asking if there was a bathroom for my 8yr. old boy! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PAWN SHOP IF ONLY SINCE SHE IS SOMEHOW STILL ALLOWED TO WORK THERE.

Crown pawn had always top notch and super friendly. I don’t pawn often but when I do I feel crown pawn is giving the best deal. They also are really good about being flexible with you if you keep open communication.

Went in on a whim as I driving by and had to kill some time and came out with a watch! Marie was great to deal with and the owner (I didn't catch his name) put a new battery into the watch for me. The deal was good and the watch was in excellent shape. They gave me their card and business website and I will look in the future.

If there was a sixth star, I would give it to this pawn shop. Clean store, helpful staff.

Awful and scandalous. They will blatantly lie to you, explain how the item you're selling must be fake, then offer to buy the item they just called fraudulent, for 1/20th of what the item goes for on the used market. I brought in a very rare antique pistol, they offered me $50. Sold that firearm the same week on Armslist for $2937.

I've had the opportunity to shop at Crown Pawn for several years. I understand how the word pawn can be intimidating. But please think of Crown Pawn as your friendly neighborhood store regardless of your location. Not just a intimidating pawn store. I have to drive over forty miles to shop there. The owners and staff are all kind and extremely knowledgeable. They will do their best to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. And at the best prices possible. They carry some of the highest quality jewelry in Utah at a fraction of the cost found at Shopping Mall's and Jewelry stores. They have a fabulous inventory that includes everything from musical instruments to Harley Davidson jackets. I've observed them helping individuals with pawn transactions. They treated those costumers with kindness and respect. The pawned items were safely stored and protected until it could be picked up. Crown Pawn has Sales on the store items from time to time. The prices on those store items can't be beat. I encourage everyone to ask to be added to the Sale notification list. Then add Crown Pawn to your go to store before going to crowded over priced stores.

Probably one of the most cleanest and professional paqn shops I've been in. Renae was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable . Renae was very above board, didn't judge and didn't critique. She actually shared her knowledge and was able to get me a professional quote and worked with my indecisiveness. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating

Came in recently looking for a bicycle that was stolen from me. Was greeted by an employee who immediately played dumb, dodged my questions, and explained this shop has no problem accepting and selling stolen items. She talked over me, had a raging attitude, was desperate to get me to shut up and leave, and became angry when I told her to stop talking over me. If you go looking at pawn shops for stolen items, it’s probably here because this place was SHADY. Update: Employees lie to the shop owner about treating customers poorly. I made it clear to the employee I reported the bike stolen and manager replies to dissatisfied customer in a patronizing way (see below). Take your business elsewhere.

These guys are great, give you great deals for you loan. And then i missed on both my laptop and glasses, came in expecting to pay full price for my shades but they got them back to me for the original price and waved the late fee. I wont go anywhere else.

I’m not the one to usually go out of my way and leave reviews, but I must say it’s the least I can do. I was greeted by the amazing staff and CLEAN environment (which I find rare at many pawn shops), and Kora helped assisted me with my items. She was confident, kind and helpful. She was also knowledgeable and professional with her service. I’d recommend Crown Pawn to anyone who is looking for a reasonable, fair exchange, pawn or purchase. Wonderful staff who knows what they are doing. I will be returning and continue doing service with them.

Every time I go in I’m always greeted at the door and feel very welcome. Fast and nice ! Everyone is always super nice and helpful. I’ve recommended this shop to quite a few people ! I like to shop pawn shops for a good deal and this is by far the best pawn shop in the valley!! The store is very clean and welcoming. Unlike all the other pawn shops that are dark and dirty. I needed to sell some of my wife's old jewelry, and I have to admit I was hesitant to go to a pawn shop because of the way they are depicted in movies/tv shows and the reputations some of them had when I was growing up. Crown Pawn completely surprised me, and I left thinking, "This is incredible. Why haven't I been in here before? Are all pawn shops like this?" First off, everything is clean, tidy, and organized. Secondly, the staff is incredibly friendly. Customer service is top notch. Thirdly, they conduct business in a fair, open, and honest manner. At various times I spoke with Mike (owner) and Marcela, both of whom were courteous and gave me as much time as I wanted, but it was Manuel who really helped me understand the process of selling jewelry to a pawn shop, how they value items, where they go, etc. He wrote down every piece he bought in great detail (description, weight, metal), and even encouraged me to shop around if I wanted to. I felt so comfortable with him and there, that I knew this was where I wanted to do business. I came back home telling my family about it, encouraging them to go there if they need to sell or buy (couldn't believe some of the deals they had there). Highly recommend going to Crown Pawn no matter what, but especially if you're a newbie like me and feel somewhat hesitant. I seriously doubt you'll have a bad experience, and you may even walk away with a new item for yourself or some money in your pocket.

This place is seriously the best. My Fiancé went through them to get me an engagement ring and they were so helpful. since then they have helped with getting my ring cleaned and getting it resized and I always get my stuff back quick. Not to mention I absolutely love my ring. Everyone here is always so nice and their customer service is great!

Really classy pawn shop. Not the usual pawn shop with junk scattered about with speakers stacked on speakers all over. Was really impressed. Marie was super professional, friendly, and easy to work with. In and out in 10-15min but that was actually pretty quick because we had to get our item authenticated. If/when I need to sell or pawn something In A hurry I will come here. Thank you Marie!

They have been great, they are willing to work with you if your going to be late on a payment. Not to mention they have the best looking jewelry of any pawn shop I've been in and a few jewelry stores too. The employees are always happy to help with anything and never have I heard a bad word or comment about a customer after they have walked out of the store and some of them would have deserved it. I won't go anywhere else

The employees are amazing at both locations. I have two small girls and they are so full of energy and oh my gosh I get so embarrassed but these guys just laugh and treat us with so much understanding. I’m always going back here to do business with them
