The ladies, Suzie and Lori, at KeyX Financial were amazing and efficient during the loan process. They had excellent customer service skills and were thoroughly knowledgeable about the process and in educating "the customer". Their assurance of help and the warm welcome of their support at anytime while a customer was exceptional.

Once again I’m completely blown away by the level of friendly and kind service at KeyX, but also their willingness to help others. These guys will save you a ton of money and go the extra 1000 miles to make it work for you and your budget. Mark and Susie are incredible and you will leave feeling like you’re a part of their family. These folks are as genuine as they come and I’d give them 20 stars if I could. Key X Financial is the best local company for loans I have been with Key X for years, they know my voice when I call. They are all so great with whatever your needs are they work with you and give the best offers. They are always ready to help when you need it. I have referred friends that love KeyX too. They really are the best, call them or go in and see them, give them a chance and you will not regret it. Oh, their interest rates are lower than other loan centers. Bonus!

This place is the best!!! Great Service, friendly, and very helpful. Loan amounts vary but if you need extra help and need Extra money $$$ I certainly recommend. The best part of it all is the girls in the office who are waiting to Assist with all your needs. They never have a frown or are to busy to get you what you need. I can’t tell you How many times they’ve saved me in a rest situation! Their staff has always been friendly and understanding and more than willing to help me and my family anytime we’ve ever gotten into a straight financially. They’re not just a financial institution but honestly at this point there’s like family. We know we can depend on them And their extraordinary staff. I would recommend this company over any other any other financial institutions. Don’t get caught up in high interest rates and sharks when you don’t have to!

I have been doing business with KeyX financial for many years. A good friend of mine referred me to them. I went in and had a long conversation with the owner Mark . Now I feel like we are friends, that was years ago . He gave me a loan when others refused. I have always paid in time .But there has been a few occasions when I needed the money to pay another bills . All I had to do was call the office spoke to one of the nice ladies and worked it out . Over the years I have paid off the loan and went and borrowed again. I currently have an active loan with them .I ran into some issue some time back and went several months without paying .They attempted to reach me and I didn't respond. You know when you are in financial problems you hide. Finally I reached back out to them we worked it out and now I feel like I am friends with all the ladies in the office .Genesis and Suzy are extremely easy to work with . I have gone back and had conversation with Mark about helping me out to pay other loans off . He did not hesitate ,of course I have maintained a good relationship with the office and when I had a problem they worked with me. I am happy to recommend them to anyone. My only warning is Mark likes to converse/chat so be prepared he will make you feel like Family .I happy to be associated with this business and for them helping me out when others declined .Even when I pay this off I plan on maintaining my business relationship with them since they were there for me when I needed it. I hope you will gave them an opportunity to help you if you have been refused n\by other lending agencies .

They came through with the needed funds and the process so so easy, quick and so convenient. Their rates are the lowest in the business and I was able to pay it off pretty quickly. This is an incredible business run by incredible people who truly care about their customers. Every time I go there, I'm treated like a VIP or, as they put it, "like family." They erased my payday loans years ago and continue to bail me out of tough situations. They are also a responsible business who makes sure you're on board with their mission to erase high-interest personal debt. I highly recommend them.

This place has always been good to me and my family. The staff knows us all by name. They worked with me about my payments when I lost my job last year. They were also so kind when I lost my mother at the beginning of 2020, they helped make it possible for me to go down to be with my father when it hairbrush. All I can say is thank you to them...I truly appreciate how they've treated me, and my family as well as how great they've been concerning the costs.

My experience was great Susie Is very helpful when I had a had time getting a job she talk to me and help me and get my account back in action and lowered my rates so that way my payments weren't to high. They are awesome totally recommend as long as you communicate with them they will help you out. Communication is Key!😄😄
