Be aware of the “employee’s” leaving good ratings and them hiring people to leave a good rating. Click on the person profile and see what other businesses they left a rating for and you’ll notice they are all out of state, that is someone they hired to leave a good rating. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM LUCKYS/TITANIUM. If your wanting to get out of the contract file a chapter 7 or 13 . They will have to enable the car during the bankruptcy process. Which gives you a lot of time to get another car. That’s the way around it it’s the law!!!!

I’m young, I’m a parent of 2 babies and I’m trying to make it in this world. I can definitely tell you if you’re a responsible person and you’re putting in effort to work with them they’re going to put in effort to work with you! From the beginning to having to make arrangements because I wasn’t able to pay on time, they are amazing. I’m a couple months in to my journey with them and through all the up and downs in my life they’ve worked with me AS LONG AS I was actually doing my part. I read reviews and it shocks me how some could blame them for what’s going on when at the end of the day it’s a business, one that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help those who really need it! I could write a book about how amazing they were and still are!

Im not even giving this company one star. I understood. My payment was late and they were going to shut down til friday when i am able to make the payment. They shut it off while my husband was in the middle of traffic. They refused to turn it on for 5 minutes so he can move it. They pose a safety risk to everyone.

Sometimes the service is amazing ie THE AMAZING KAREN! Other times it’s not so great. Idk about some of the other reviews on here that really share a bad experience. But from my experience if I pay on time..Or early, I don’t have many problems with them.

I give it four stars because I’ve had one hiccup regarding a payment, but other than that they have been great! I call in every week to make my payment and they’re super friendly and don’t make it sound like I’m bothering them like I’ve had experience in the past with other companies. Someone I have spoken to a lot is Karen, she is an absolute delight to work with. She is a perfect fit for customer service! Every week it’s truly a pleasure to call and get to talk with her also I was so scared to call because my car was totaled and I was lucky enough to get her on the phone again! She was so Patient and walked me step by step what will happen and what I can expect! She is a rock star and they’re lucky to have such an amazing person working for them!

Very unprofessional regarding customer service. Asked for them to send me a current account statement in order to refinance my car through my credit union. The only thing they can send me is an account ledger. When I told them that will not work but send it anyway then I can call them tomorrow and they can explain that to my credit union the lady snickers.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never worked with such rude people in my entire life. I understand the matter of the fact that they approved the loan and got me in a car, great. But that sure doesn’t mean that you can treat people like trash. Beth at your company is a joke and should be fired from ever talking to a customer again. 0/10 recommend.

If I could give them zero stars I would!I have been a customer for 2 plus years have never missed a payment and have had it on auto payment. I just got a text saying my car payment is late and to click a link to pay my payment. I’m sorry but I’m not just going to click something sent to me and give my financial information. So I called at 5:30 was on hold for 39 min. The guy answers the call I start to explain my situation he says yeah that was a mass text sent out to everyone who is pass due. I told him it should not be past due it is on auto pay and has always been. He said it is due on the third and your car is going to be disabled. So I got upset and said once again it is on auto pay. He would not listen and just kept saying the car would be disabled. He did not care to try and resolve the issue. He then says I shouldn’t have even answered this call because we close at six. I said but I’ve been on hold way before six! I said my car better not be disabled because it is not my fault. At this point I upset and swore so he hung up on me. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I love this company I’ve been with them since 2020 never had any problems! Shoutout to Karen and Renee for excellent service they are always willing to go above and beyond for you with no questions asked! Can’t wait til my car is full paid off this year! Recommend this car lender highly!

The person that I talked with on the phone today has been very unprofessional in how she took my phone call. She has never been kind with me ever since I started with Titanium funds. I have requested time and time again to talk to someone else and it hasn't happened. Customer service she is not.

I can tell you, they are anything BUT friendly. They don't deserve 1 star. I TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID 19 this past week, they have those test results in their possession and THEY'VE DECIDED TO TURN THE CAR OFF AND ARE GETTING READY TO TAKE IT because the letter my new manager provided from dollar general was not typed out with an official letter head. It was signed, dated with her phone number, they even called and talked to her on the phone. They have in their possession my covid test results. THEY'VE RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTATION SAYING THAT I CAN NOT RETURN to work WITH COVID. DO NOT BUY A CAR WITH LUCKY'S AUTO CREDIT AKA TITANIUM FUNDS, YOU WILL REGRET IT. YOU MIGHT FIND A FEW GOOD REVIEWS LEFT BY EMPLOYEES POSING AS LEGIT CUSTOMERS BUT I CAN Assure YOU THEY ARE NOT, AND ANY CUSTOMER YOU ACTUALLY MEET IN PERSON WILL TELL YOU THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR LICENSE REVOKED AND IF LUCKY'S WAS SMART THEY'D FIND A NEW FINANCING COMPANY TO HANDLE THEIR PAYMENTS.

The customer service is terrible!!! I've been asking to speak the hr department or owner for monthes after being told by every employee there that they are the managers . They turned my car off for no reason then lied about it , continue to run payments after I paid attempted to try and charge me for the same thing twice mutiple times and when you point this out their team which talks like they are in the 5th grade will blame you ... in one email the quote manager asked me if "I was still going on about this " not professional at all ..on top of the fact I had problems with the car not more than 24 hours after buying it and this is just a little bit .DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Had to change payment dates due to changed job and in order to do so they don't tell you up front it's going to be a double payment in order to change a date that is pushed back by literally 5 days. Not 7+ as she was claiming. Saying I was already 2 days late when I am not and have never been. They don't work with you at all. It was agree to this or we will shut off your car cuz ur late already which. No honey. I am not late.. Those are the options. No customer service. No help for loyal paying customers. Nothing. Don't use them.

Because the guy didn't like what I had to say he threatened to turn off the car. Really I am hear telling you we will make the payment and you threaten to turn off the car cause you have no customer service skills you are a complete waste of space and try to bully people by treating. You have the payment and the insurance paperwork and you still threaten to turn my husbands truck off how is that even legal you are seriously power hungry and just wrong
