Steven and Braden are so helpful! I really was tight on cash saving up for a new apartment and they were so helpful and worked with my work schedule so I wouldn’t lose my MacBook computer. They listen very well, are positive and really give you a good deal if you need to pawn your items! They made me feel welcome and I would 100% recommended coming back to this pawn shop! This place is the best! I brought in a PS4 for some cash in between paychecks and they offered me a great price! And everyone was super friendly! I will definitely be coming here in the future for any other pawns, sells or purchases! Also their gun selection is impressive!

Went in to buy a gold ring, looked for a minute as the employees greeted everybody else that walked in and asked if they needed anything or wanted to see something specific but completely ignored me the entire time. I took my business to the other pawn shop down state st and bought one there. Only reason for two stars is because they have a decent selection

once opon a time i liked this store Sold me a used drum mag as new that had been taken apart so its broken , Lied to me about prices on a holosun red dot and also sold me a garbage one when they told me it was a decent one and conpared it to a sig, when I called about the sight being damaged not only did they not tell me that the sight is like that but they just asked me "well, you got it new right" I thought I did? when asking a simple question they responed with attitude and refured me to the warranty, way to disregard me as a costumer, half the stuff is overpriced or used sold as new, thats a pawn shop i guess.

My wife and I came in to get bikes we found some amazing ones that were well taken care of, for a fair price and the staff was very knowledgeable I would very much recommend first Cash pawn to anyone who is looking for good people A knowledgeable staff A huge variety of items and fair prices. We went in today to get my wife her gun and Steven was so helpful and knowledgeable he was awesome. This is probably one of the best gun shops I have ever been to and the customer service is top notch. He also answered all our questions and even mounted the extras we bought so we are so thankful. Definitely would recommend buying from them if you are serious about buying a gun. Please don’t waste their time because this is a serious business and if you are truly looking this is the place we will be back soon hopefully.

My dad and I have bought a lot of guns and other stuff over the years. The customer service is amazing and Steven is great. We bought a CZ Scorpion this evening, keeping them after hours. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I do all my FFL transfers here because these guys are fast and efficient. Came in a few minutes before the closed and they still took care of me. Great staff.

I love being able to buy like new things at a huge discount and this pawn shop has some really good stuff! And the gun selection is awesome! It just felt nicer than your average pawn shop... And the employees in there were helpful and just seem like good guys, super easy to work with! I definitely found my new favorite pawn shop!

The best pawn shop in Salt Lake hands down. Great customer service, all employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. I stopped in to get some attachments for my hk416 and Travis helped me pick out something right and even helped with the install in the store. Overall great experience and high quality products.

Went in the other day to check out some guns. I ended up wanting to get a new AR15 and I was more than happy with my purchase as well as my experience in the store. Everyone is super nice. The gentleman who helped me out gave me his full attention even after asking to see 5 different rifles. I appreciate that and the guys at 1st cash Pawn. I had an awesome experience and will be getting my next handgun from them.

I had a great and easy experience here finding a bike. The employee Brayden was friendly and helpful, they made sure to adjust the height of the seat and inflate the tires for me and even helped put it in the car. Best pawn shop.

This is one of the most clean, and organized pawn shops I’ve ever been in. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and happy to help me. They made me a fair deal without making me feel like I didn’t know anything just because I am a woman. I will absolutely use this pawn shop if I ever need to sell anything again.
