Buying my first home was a bit overwhelming with everything I had to learn. I spoke with several mortgage brokers but it wasn't until a friend recommended Burgess that I felt at ease. He and Cynthia were incredibly easy to work with and took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and I felt good about it. Always responsive, friendly, transparent, and helpful - I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Oh, and Burgess got me a great rate since he was willing to beat out other competitors. Can't recommend enough.

Burgess and Cynthia are awesome! Someone referred them to us when buying our first home a few years back and they helped us through the whole process and got us a great rate. Burgess handled the loan for my second home purchase during the pandemic, my income had been all over the place and my work hours were pretty low but even with that he was able to find a great loan option for me with a fixed rate. he was very thorough and almost of every part was online with the exception of closing.
