Very friendly and prompt, until loan was paid off. Said I'd already picked up title, never did. Not willing to look for it. Now I have to file for a lost title. Stayed on hold for 30 minutes trying to geta hold of customer service . Never answered Title was found today, May 23, thank you Samantha, you're awesome!!

Use to love this place we did all our stuff here now not. So do not go if Samantha is there one of the rudest people I have met Hateful and acts like you are bothering her. It’s a shame people enjoyed that store before her

Great place! Did my second loan a couple days ago. They line of credit is a great product and helped me save money on interest. Lola explained me the loans and told me which one was best for me. They have a referral program that will give you free money. ASK ABOUT IT and mention my name!!!

Went in and talked to stacy. Very polite and good knowledge of loans. Helped me out and treated me like a person and not just a number. Very funny. Best person that’s been in that store. Everyone ask for stacy when you go in.

I have always gotten excellent service with Lola and Tomas . I have actually followed Lola at serval locations because I like the way she handles business and with Lola and Tomas both being bilingual it really helps out helping people understand the process.
