Not only did they take one payment out twice it caused me to go overdrawn I've tried to get my money back for 5 days I've talked also to customer care. I was told I could come get it back so when I call the only person there said they don't know how to give me my money back. Really I said I have no money to feed my child cause they took it. This is ridiculous and very sad very unprofessional. They should all have that training or be able to call someone who can help.

They will sue you over $300.. wow. The pandemic caused hardship on everyone but they don't care. Then their attorneys don't answer the phones but they quick to garnish your pay. All these cash advances should be shut down! They target the low income families to keep them coming back and in debt. I will stay far away from this place. With their high interest rates.

DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM HERE! They take your money out of the bank without your permission. Oh, and you can forget about a grace period, those don't exist here. The way they do things should be unlawful. You've been warned. Proceed at your own risk.

It’s my own fault for borrowing from here but I’ll break it down for you. I started with $800 I’ve paid off $600 My balance is $970. Next month I will have paid $700 and my balance will be $1,170. $200/mo in interest rates. Learn from my mistakes!

The place was clean and that's why I give 1 star... But I came in to deal with the worst attitudes ever. I came in to get more info about their line of credit and the lady act as if it killed her to answer my questions? I hate going into places like this because I hate dealing with people like that. Ghetto rude... shouldn't be working in customer service!

So I filed for a loan online and got denied they called me 2 times the next day and then 2 times again the next day and all 4 times they said "Yeah you might have gotten denied online but that's just because we need you to come in the store and show us your active bank statement and that you do have direct deposit" So I went inside the store had to do the whole process over again so I did a whole new application just to be told I was denied. What a waste of time?! Talk about misleading and the staff at this location was not very polite. Make me waste my time. Definitely wouldn't recommend a company that misleads aka lies.

I went to Speedy Cash after trying other places where I was denied bc I recently moved from out of state and didn't have a TN license, and many places don't accept my courier income. I really didn't expect to get anywhere, but figured I had nothing to lose. Brittany and Silvia were fantastic!! They went out of their way and worked so hard to make sure I got the money I needed. Idk what I would have done without them! They explained the whole process, as well as my payments and interest, etc, very clearly and made sure I understood every step of the way. If you have to get one of these types of loans, this is DEFINITELY the place to go! 10/10 would recommend.

Brittany is very helpful and provides very good customer service as well all other team members. I am very satisfied with all the help the team from the Speedy Cash in Madison always gave me.
