OMG! I have never dealt with a place of business that I felt so comfortable and felt like I was acknowledged. Christie was absolutely the best!! Most loan companies don't take the time to make sure you understand their products or even care if you understand their products. When she got done talking to my son and fully explaining the options he had, I felt so relieved that he wasn't being taken advantage of or pressured into an option that he couldn't handle. She even explained it in a way that anyone whether they knew about the process of loan payments or not, they would know from the beginning if they could handle it or not and that is a HUGE DEAL with everything else that's going on. I would recommend this store to EVERYONE I know if they need these services!!!!!!
