I came in this Saturday and was pleased with the service I received from Sara. I usually go to the one on Charlotte Pike but decided to come here and I'm glad I did. I was enforced in something that I know that wouldn't fit my budget she was very nice and I was in and out. It literally took me only 30 minutes to get done. I would definitely return and she was there by herself great service!

Wow! That is the only way I can explain my experience at 2 different locations on Saturday. I was at Madison location, where I spent 3.5 hours after being the first customer in the building. I was more than angry and/or frustrated. Corporate kept rejecting pictures and application. A friend told me to go see Ms Anita. She is and/or was amazing. She went about completing task. Again the system was rejecting my Information. I wanted to cry and scream. She was determined to help us get this taken care of. I respect her work ethic and her grit. Not everyone would of been so patient or determined to complete our stuff. Anita was simply amazing. The world needs more people like Me Anita.

These ladies earned all 5 stars! They were awesome & soo sweet! I wasn't asking for much but these ladies saw fit to bless me and support my business. They really made my day, thank you ladies!

Christy and melissa were super helpful. We came in, never having gotten a title loan, nervous, and they explained everything to us, did everything they could to get what we needed. I went to title max a few weeks ago Lasey got me right came in they greeted me with respect I was in need of some cash got a little behind on bills I really thought they would turn me down or give me a low amount Lasey did my paper work told me no problem he got me he put my information in I wait just a few mins he went over my paperwork to make sure I understand the loan I was getting than he came with me with an satisfying offer i recommend anyone to go to title max and see Lasey there really good people and very friendly
