The best customer service I ever had and they genuinely wanted to help. Just make sure you pay your loan off as soon as possible. A $800 loan I paid off the falling month cost me an extra $150. Nobody can change company policy. Just be wise!

I just want to say this. NEVER EVER GET A TITLE LOAN!!! When you are in need of money and just need help don’t do it this way. They do not explain the details 100% when your getting the loan. They do not tell you that you basically are being charged daily for the loan. They do not tell you that your interest is going to be Almost double what you borrowed. I know that when you borrow money from a company they have fees and interest I completely understand that for helping you in time of need. To charge someone $500 a month and then only 3% of that goes towards your principal to pay your loan off!! Mind you the interest can change and go up daily!!! You borrow 2,800 abs have to pay back over 5,000 that’s completely sad!! To say your a company who helps people in their time of need is incorrect. The loans are made for them to get rich off of!! Once I pay my title off I WILL NEVER EVER EVER PAWN IT HERE AGAIN!!! Make sure your read and understand your contract Completely before you sign over your car to them!!!
