Great customer service, I worked with Leah & she was very helpful & friendly... great rates, highly recommend! I had some issues with needed paperwork and she helped me through it AND I got free coffee while I was waiting, which was a plus!

This place is AMAZING! I recently had a title loan with a different company. I was paying for over 1 year and it seemed like the balance wasn't going down. so I got a promo coupon in the mail from TitleMax and I saw that they provided car titles buy outs. made an appointment went into the store as soon as I walked in the energy was great the young lady walked me thru the prosses step by step I was able to understand everything I got a lower APR % and I even got extra money great customer service and to complete the bundle she even spoke Spanish.

Edna was a wonder hell for me. She was able to legit my loan approve and was vary warming and friendly. I recommend coming to this location for your title needs. Weather it’s for a car or motorcycle.

Took out my loan a few months ago and forgot to do this review, I can't remember the young lady name just remember she was new to the office. She went over and beyond to get my loan done and I was a little nervous to do the title loan but the way she broke down my payments will only help me to get my loan paid off a lot quicker. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.

Leah is great at her job and exceptionally detailed so the customer will understand all paperwork being signed. The store is always clean too.

Leah was AWESOME!!! She was very informative, helpful, and inspiring. It's good to go to a place, in a time of need and not be treated like a dollar but treated like a human being. Side note the INTEREST RATES are the CHEAPEST I've seen so far!!!!

Excellent customer service! I have been a customer for over a year now and I can't say enough. Teresa and Aiesha Are the best ! They are Always willing to help and are very pleasant, It's a great feeling to know they care about they're customers. I'm very satisfied and comfortable with title max because they have employees that get the job done right! I'm glad title max has great employees to do buisness with.
