My experience with Miz and his team at Cross Country has been excellent. I have used this group for a couple years now on a few different mortgages and have always received outstanding service. Received quick responses to any of my questions, and a quick turn-around on any issues that had come up along the way. Miz takes the time to explain all options available to ensure the best deal possible is secured. Great support with any of my concerns from Val and Louie. Very competent team to work with...keep up the good work!!!

Don't be fooled by other lenders telling you they will get you the best rate at the lowest cost. From the moment I spoke to Miz I knew I was in good hands with him and his team. They are extremely responsive and asked me and my Fiance many questions about what was most important to us in obtaining a loan for our forever home. Every step of the way Miz treated my like family! At all times he acted with our best interest in mind. I will never us another lender not will I recommend any other lender to friends, family, even my worst enemies....Miz and his team @ CrossCountry Mortgage are the real deal. I cannot say enough about these guys and how tremendous and instrumental they were in helping us obtain the funds to move into our forever home where we will happily raise our family. Where do I even begin! We were first time home buyers with absolutely no knowledge of how anything worked and in the middle of a pandemic which made my anxiety 100 times worse. I didn’t know Miz personally, but after everything that he helped us with and getting our mortgage I feel like I do now. The first time we spoke with him he gave us a break down of everything we needed to do, what we need, what we should be looking for explained how everything worked what it meant and didn’t rush us. He would call/text us on his day off, after hours which made us feel like he truly cared. The whole process was just nerve racking as a first time home buyer, but Miz and his Team were contacting us every week sometimes twice a week to let us know where we were in the process which made me feel SOOO much better since I’m one to call a couple times a week to follow up on things. We at no point were ever left in the dark, or ever had a question not answered. Him and his team are absolutely wonderful and him and my fiancé still talk almost a year after we closed! Closing on our house was the best day of our lives and if it wasn’t for Miz, Lani, and their team we wouldn’t be in our dream home, If and when we ever decide to move again we will definitely be calling Miz!!❤️

The Team had great communication with me and kept me informed along the way. Miz, knows the business and was able to explain everything, making it easy to understand. Miz, Alex, Louie, Lisa.. the whole team is nothing but professional, friendly, fast, accessible and an absolute joy to work with! They helped me secure financing for my first home purchase a few years ago and are currently helping with my second! Not only are the rates always the lowest but I simply wouldn’t feel this confident purchasing property without the Ramadani team’s support. I worked on several projects with Miz and his team in the past few years, every time delivered with easy and competitive rates!!! I recommended few of my friends and all of them were happy , how quick they got they're preapprovals and loans! Great job!

This office and the incompetent people working for Miz have costed me my escrow of 25k. They took on a financing deal (HOTEL CONDO UNIT) that they never handled before and rather telling me directly they could not handle it, Miz exact words were, "we don't have much experience providing financing with hotel units, but I can definitely help you secure a loan". Then once I submitted all docs, he told me "Oh no worries, you are overqualified. The man and his team, submitted the docs to underwriter and for a whole month didn't bother to follow up for an approval. I kept asking are we good to close by the closing date, he assured me several times that it wouldn't be an issue. The underwriter after a month or so me submitting docs, decided he could not approve the loan due to a fact that unit didn't have full kitchen. So the whole month went by and so called Miz team, never bothered to push the underwriter for answers until they got a rejection. Then everything became race against the clock. This little man, Miz, eventually stopped taking my calls because he couldn't deal with my frustration of possibly loosing the condo, this little man started sending me pre-recorded videos. That they are on my side, "trying to do their best", how everything is my real estate agents fault. Yada yada. The real estate agent even fought and ended up getting two extension dates so Miz and his team could finally secure the loan, and they still couldn't get it or guarantee that they would get the approval. Eventually he stopped completely taking my calls and started just responding to emails. It shows a mans true character when things don't go as planned and they start avoiding you, because they can't deal with pressure. This is the kind of man Miz is and his so called "experienced team". Anyone who even thinks of doing business with this office, be smart and stay away, far far away! Nino
