I was impressed with all the great reviews but, sadly I didn’t have a great experience. I had to initially reach out to them after a few days of submitting my application. Even then, someone told me they would call back and go over the application that didn’t happen. They were pleasant the couple times we did speak, however, there was no effort in providing prompt communication.

First & foremost , the team @ cross country mortgage has been substantial in making my first home purchase a breeze! They are always readily available and get back to questions on a timely manner . I specifically have worked with Duygu and Louie and let me tell you , they leave NONE of your questions unanswered . Exceptional customer service and professionalism . Thanks ! For our first home, we went with a referral to Guaranteed Rate. The process started off fine, but then the loan officer told us we were no longer approved unless we jumped threw all these hoops and took a far worse rate. Thankfully a friend told us to shop around and call Miz Ramadani and his team, as she's used them twice and had terrific experiences. Our world literally changed in a day! Miz gave us a lot of information, didn't BS with us on our rate, and his team was stellar. Val gave us regular updates and they even were able to have us close on our original closing date! We cannot recommend this team enough!!

It was my first time purchasing a home and Miz Ramadani Team did an incredible job!
