First of all, I was greeted by “Edna” at the Oak Lawn Title Max. She has the very best customer service that I’ve encountered in a VERY LONG TIME (the best in over 40 years)! From the time I walked in, I felt comfortable and knew that I was in a professional setting. She was patient with me, explaining everything that I needed to get a loan; well informed and her customer service has to be the best in this company and she SHOULD be in upper management if not already! I had heart surgery a few years ago, stress kills; Edna made this experience the best! I actually felt good walking in but walking out I didn’t want to leave lol...she is that nice, well informed about the process and made me feel comfortable most importantly with her hospitality! I thank Titlemax for selecting such a wonderful person, during these tough times (COVID); the world needs people like “Edna”, great customer service, well informed about everything (she answered all of my questions), professional, the store was clean, I can keep going lol but EDNA IS THE BEST, and should be accommodated (put her in a commercial) for her professional and what she did for this heart guy that do not need any negativity in his life. Thanks again Edna, from the heart guy...you ARE the BEST!

From the moment I walked in Edna greeted me with an awesome smile and friendly voice. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and we had friendly conversation. This is my second time taking a loan out with Title Max. The second time of my visit I was greeted by Edna. She got out of her seat and greeted me with a warm smile and handshake. Such a welcoming atmosphere. She made sure that I understood everything and she also explained everything as she was doing the process.

Worked with Mr. Darius on the Labor Day Weekend right after their customer appreciation day and he was fast. Roughly 35mins altogether. Great customer service skills and people skills. And excellent at multitasking.

So I came into the store with a friend that needed quick access to money. Carina was helping another customer when we walked into the store. She greeted us very swiftly and friendly, offered us a seat until she was able to help us. Not too long after we sat, she began the application process with my friend. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the title. She gave great advice for cashing the check. She was amazing and full of excitement. Edna Diaz guided me through entire application process and to my surprise I was approved for more than I was seeking (I borrowed a fraction more than intended). She explained thoroughly the terms, hooked me up with both online and app based processes so I can make payments online or via app. entire process took about an hour, it could have been less if there wasn't a few glitches.once I pay off completely, i'll consider them again.
