This is my second time getting a title loan with title max of blue ilsand. Im glad Alma was able to help me out even when i came in 5 minutes befire closing. She made the exoerience fast by explaining the process and contract she is such a nice and proffessional person. I highly recomend this location.

I called in to this office to try and get information about the release of a title to someone not authorized to receive it. My uncle died of Covid and now unauthorized family members took his debit card, pulled his money that was for the funeral and paid this loan off. He was not authorized to sign and do any of this. The employees let him take this without checking who was authorized. The manager Kianna was so rude. No compassion about the situation. Death brings the worst out. We will need for corporate or some higher manager then Kianna to reach out to us. We will be taking legal action because the company is unwilling to resolve issue.
