Called and spoke to Ariel and she was very professional and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and respectful. I was frustrated at first and she made sure my nerves were calm and that I got the information I needed. I never do reviews but I had to this time. This place Customer Service was outstanding! I usually don't take the time to do these reviews because I didn't think it really matter but I called just for some general information about the loan process and the young lady took her time with me, she didn't rush me off the phone like other places. Great customer service.! But sky high intetest rates. This place is good for an emergency quick money but you end up paying double or triple at the end no matter what..the firstr few payments go straight to the interest and not the principle. So i advise you pay this type of loan fast like within a month or two. Other ways you will regret it.
