Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry Farm to Market 2920 A10, Spring

WARNING TO LAYAWAY BUYERS, you have only a 3 day grace period after payment is due. They made no attempt to contact me and have call logs to prove it. They kept my item and money. You will not get either of you are over 3 days without warning. This place is not what it used to be. Nolan and mark were very knowledgeable and had a great selection of firearms. I have spent a lot of time and money at this location. Unfortunately they got bought out and now have become a shell. The individuals mentioned above left and now this place has become unprofessional and thin in selection. If you value your time and money, go somewhere else.

First time being in a pawn shop and, I have to tell you, I was not ready for how down to warth and welcoming it was. The staff and a regular were chatting amicably and they effortlessly roped me into it... which was a great feeling of community I don't think you get much anymore. I was helped by the assistant manager (whose name I sadly forgot) and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my sale. I will be back to purchase at some point soon (as I did not realize they had such a wife selection of goods!).

Well I ended up not buying anything from here, but I'm going to give them 5 stars anyways. Employees were helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of guns and the prices were reasonable.

This is by far the best customer service I have experienced. The guys here have always given me whatever I asked for when conducting a transaction. They actually gave me more cash than I asked for. I was in and out with the cash in my hand in less than 2 min. After dealing with many pawn shops I think most people would agree that customer service is poor in most of these places. These guys have always been great, this is actually the first time I have left a review for any business but I feel that strongly about their pawn shop. I will never use anybody else.

Let me start off with how much I love this store. Johnny & Craig are amazing! My husband comes here specifically for guns and we have been satisfied with each purchase. BUT today I went in to look at a 14k James Avery bracelet that was priced $899 and he gave me a $50 discount which is greatly appreciated but I love a good deal so I ask if I can get it no tax included. Keep in mind this bracelet including charms is $1000. He says no and I’m ok with that! I’ll just wait a week & ask next time we go in. Well he raised the price to $1000 which was so petty to me and honestly did not expect that but then again I have never dealt with him. Needless to say I won’t be purchasing jewelry ever again but I wont take my husbands joy of guns from him lol. Rant over.

I sold a firearm to this place and it was a great experience. I dealt with Eric. He was very professional and made the process quick and painless. I would definitely recommend the shop and Eric to others. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Bad service...walked in and went straight to the firearms with intentions of paying something. Stood there looking at the firearms for about 20 minutes and not once did any employee ask if I needed help. Two of them even walked right by and didn't even say one word. Looked over and all of them were just standing there walking. Walked right out and went an bought a firearm else where. If I was the owner I'd be upset that the employees are just there getting a paycheck and costing them money.

My hubby treated me to a new firearm and we were helped by Nolan. He made the experience phenomenal. As a first time firearm purchaser, Nolan was very informative and pointed me in the right direction for my needs. Nolan even made the wait for the background to clear bearable with conversation. With the exceptional customer service provide by this young man, I will most definitely return for future purchases.

Ive bought 3 cameras 2 or 3 pieces of jewelry from this place. Over a couple grand in the last year or 2 ..I called to ask what cameras they had in stock and the guy hung up on me when I ask him what models they had he had no clue so I told him to look at bottom of the cameras...and click. I called back he told me he was too busy to deal with me. I told him ...so youndo not want to sell a camera? He said he just didn't have time for me...and hung up again...Wow.. ill never spend another penny at this place now. I'm a small biz owner less than a mile from this place. I guess they have too much business for a small fry like me.

Bought a p250 from here a while ago and forgot to write a review. Super friendly staff and was greeted immediately when I walked in. Staff helped me pick out a firearm and didn't rush me. Transaction was faster and more professional than any other pawn shop I've been to. 5 stars
