Customer service at its best... Erica is probably the friendliest person I have ever met. During this time (covid) people tend to be self-observed...not Erica! She was friendly, knew what she was talking about and fast, I never felt like a customer. This is my first time here but so far so good, I'm sure I'll be back.

Omg so I came here because of course through the pandemic I needed some extra funds. Let me just say my first title loan experience was a breeze and more informational than I could imagine. Ericka at the 1960 location omg was such a sweetheart and helped me to understand exactly what I was getting into. She broke it down to let me know paying it off early would be far more cheaper than the 12 months.
