Jet Lending is the real deal! I got a super deal on an investment property but I had to close quick. I was with another lender but they were moving too slow to meet the deadline. I was referred to Rob Trigg at Jet Lending. I called him, we spoke late that evening. He emailed me a list of documents that he needed that same night. Chelsea Avina took over the next day and she was awesome. We spoke or exchanged emails every day of the process. I had a question so I left a message after hours for the underwriting department. Someone in that department was still at the office and called me at 7:45 PM to answer my question! Outstanding customer service, I will be back.

My review is based off my experience with funding the deal with Jet (we are only 2 weeks into the project). I will provide an update after this first deal is completely done. I worked with Rob to get a project closed. He was very upfront and honest about the details of the deal and the closing docs. You can appreciate that as other HMLs tell you what you want to hear but then deliver something else in black and white which can ruin your deal. Rob even connected me with Kevin (the "draw" guy) before our option expired so I could meet with him and get all my questions answered about the draw process. Kevin was very nice and looking forward to working with him on the draw process. Rob and Rosalie were quick to respond and answer/clarify any questions/comments. They funded the deal the same day of closing which allowed us to start work the next morning. I haven't taken a draw yet or gone through that process with them but will update my review after and let you know how that process went. So far, no complaints and off to a good start.

As per my last review (see below) I used Jet Lending again on their non-QM 30yr product. So in 5 months I closed twice with Jet. Thanks again Rob. I started with a different lender than Jet, I had sent them gobs and gobs of financial pages, bank statements, insurance policies, and more.....and yet they would not commit to the loan. I called Rob, and within a few hours he & Jet had committed to the loan I needed on the rental home I was in contract to buy. The process was smooth and easy and I bought the home using Jet. Funny thing, the next day after I had contacted Jet the first company said they could do the loan, it was fun telling them that 'they' were too late. Rob did a great job and yes, I'd use Jet again in the future.

Jet Lending, in particular Kevin Messer, are phenomenal to work with. I was completely new to the hard money loan process however Kevin and the team over at Jet Lending broke down the entire process and walked me through every step along the way. They also answered every question I had (and there were many) and their communication was top notch! I was able to get approved within a day or so and they were ready to close within 2 weeks! Keith Roberts and Jet Lending, LLC allowed me to try a different way of acquiring a property. I have always used either private money or personal funds to acquire properties for my entity. Before having Keith approach me about using hard money for a transaction, I told myself I would never use hard money. But Keith helped me understand the process of using hard money and how it would allow me to keep personal money out of the transaction. He was there for me every time I had a question and he would personally follow up with me to check on the progress of my remodel. We have since put the property up for sale and currently have it under contract. We will be closing on this particular property in June, then it will be on to the next deal. I would give Keith Roberts and Jet Lending LLC two thumbs up for their professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
