I when in for service at the 810 FM 1960 location,on Wednesday morning. I was trying to replace my lost flare card. The young lady that was working there ( didn't get her name) was extremely helpful, patience and friendly. She called the card customer service line several times for me,while helping other customers!!!!!. I wasn't sure how to navigate all the information they needed, so she helped me obtain everything I needed. Customer service is alive and well at Ace... thank you 😊

Hi my name is Pandorcha and I work right behind the Ace Check Cashing Express off of 1960 store number 466. I work at the hospital right behind this location and I come every two weeks to cash my checks I get great excellent kind awesome service I also come here to pay my rent and everything goes smooth. MrsZulema she is the best she always takes her time to work with me and show me how to do things even with my direct deposit I told her I'm going to miss coming in here as soon as my direct deposit is set up but she said I can still come to withdraw my money here so I'll see her again.... Thanks you guys for the great service, not only is it great customer service but she treat you like family thanks!

Genesis, the teller, was very friendly and helpful. I came in for one thing and was immediately assisted all in 3 minutes tops. Highly recommend this location for your needs.

I will honestly say I wouldn't want to use their services. I went there to cash a check and trust me I understand the process that employees have to follow but I was crunched for time to get my job which just so happen to up the street. It was hot in the lobby area but u can feel the air coming from behind the bullet proof glass. Then the lady helpin us signed us up for cards we didn't ask for making the time longer. Even asked me and my fiance what color we wanted, just to get the lil cards in the mail and she mailed him mine and mailed me his card choice. So basically what was the point of that smh. Never again

I came to the store and Rose took care of. She wasn't just so nice and polite but also super helpful with everything. She was patient with every question I had thanks ace for havinglike her question.

I went in with a really bad experience from the humble store walking in Im thinking I’m going to get the same response and if it wasn’t for Belkin I wouldn’t have came back she helped me with everything that I needed and was actually smiling while she did it why isn’t she a manager yet who knows because she’s treated me better than some so called managers ACE has shout out to Belkin

I use to have a wonderful experience everything I visited this store. Now that Erica has been transferred and you Now have NORKEISHA working in her place I will no longer be visit that location.. Her customer service is ghetto and VERY unprofessional. While mself and 4 other customers were waiting to get serviced in the store, a older woman dosed off on the bench. NORKEISHA then addressed the customer by screaming through the window: HEY HEY WHILE U OVER THERE TRYING TO TAKE A NAP COME ON. Rude!! To say the least. We had been waiting on her for over 45 minute laugh and joke with a customer about where she was from. Then when the customer walked up to the windows she went on to tell her that right now she was doing a loan and that she could call from her phone into the store and she would transfer her over to make a payment. The customer went to try to explain she wanted to pay in the store now and for future payments she wanted to set it up on Direct Debit from her account. She blew her state off. Norkeisha didn't even know the company web site when ask, stating she didn't know if there was a period between ACE & CHECKING.. smh. The customer just left and said she would Google it. After being serviced by Erica for so long and witnessing great customer service, u guys have really dropped the ball with this one..
