    So my Mom trusted this Ace Express, she went there 3 times to pay her rent and the last transaction she made with Lauren was disaster, lauren made a mistake, so now that money was paid to another apartment complex to another person, my mom noticed the mistake right away so she came back and told her that they paid the wrong apartment. Lauren told my mom that they were gonna reverse the payment after 48 hrs, my mom came back after 48 hrs and told her its not processed yet and that she’s gonna wait another 48 hrs cause supposedly Lauren talked to the Corporate of this Ace express and the corporate told her that they are gonna refund the money. so 1 week passed and nothing has been done, no refund. Yes my mom was able to pay her rent on time but it did affect her, the INCONVENIENCE of her coming back and forth to this place and telling her they’ll refund the money but yet its not processed, calling back and forth with ace express customer service, freepay costumer service. Until now, my mom is still coming back and forth and now ace express made her wait another 14 business days for investigation. Like really, if that was the thing why this wasnt investigated the very day she came back and told Lauren that there was a mistake? Why make time frames and say they’ll refund but nothing has been done? Now, yall tell me if this was just a bad luck for my mom? Or this is just horrible costumer service? And by the way Lauren is the store manager!!!!!! Hope the owner will look into this and respond we are talking about money here that was paid by cash to pay my mom’s rent!!

    Man if this ain’t the best ace cash express I ever been to. There’s wasn’t a line at all and Lauren and kiedra made everything quick and easy. They made an annoying process funny and quick. 10 out of 10 would recommend. P.S. y’all need to move Lauren somewhere in Katy, got her driving all the way out here to spring. Otta be ashamed!!
