Yo Crystal that works there needs a raise x4 fold. Its was my first time every getting a loan she works at both this location an the one off stuebner recommend. Their be robots made with her customer service an attentiveness pls make her a manager or something she deserves it 13/10 amazing 💯🙌🏾🙏🏾🎯.

Alicia was a super hero!! My phone died during the process and she in dramatic fashion said don’t worry I got you. She went to the back got a charger block came back and got my phone going again.. I was worried that I was not going to qualify but she eased my concerns looked me in the eyes after quickly typing a million words into the computer and said approved! It was like all the weight in life was lifted off my shoulders as I floated out of the store! I’ll be back!

Met Sonia for the first time after hearing about her on the reviews and I can say she is so nice helpful and patient!! She funny has great communication skills ! And by fair the best personality many work upset and just want yu to go in and out while Sonia makes a relationship with clients! I will forever come here thank you sonia for your fast service and dedication to customers Edit : second time coming Sadly my favorite lady wasn't here instead another lady was who said she couldn't give me all my money In cash insisted on me getting a netspend card charged me a over priced rate to cash my check and had me waiting 20 mins smh sad sad I really was gonna come I left pls for this place Definitely won't come back thx Maria 5 stars Sonia sorry for the change in rate
