Love this company. Customer service is excellent. They will get you the max. Last year I had an issue with the IRS and my taxes. They took the time to work with me. And kept in contact much as needed until the problem was resolved. Plus you get a free trip every year. Highly recommend!

The only person I go to year after year is Ms. Brandy. She is very knowledgeable. Very polite and always business savvy. I know my information is safe at this location I have been a customer for years and will continue being a customer as long as brandy is here!! Many oh man when I tell y'all these ladies are awesome ! They got me the maximum refund . Very kind , honest , they have excellent customer service they walk you through every step of the way . Double check all info is correct and provide you with your documents before you walk out they offer the advance which is a plus . I recommend them to everybody don't second guess it just go file . The manager is very hands on with the tax prepares as well she makes sure her office is ran smoothly I love it there .

Colbert ball is a great place to file your taxes I went to the office on greens rd right before Veterans memorial and was treated with patients and professionalism. I would recommend this tax office to anyone. The ladies one in particular Leslie was very helpful and actually was late getting off just to make sure I was satisfied.

I will never come here again . If something happens to your refunds you are on own even though they get paid . Terrible customer service . I take ownership on my mistake but their should be should assistance in place to assist you when something goes wrong not just give you The bank phone number to call yourself to figure it out...
