Great selection of stuff (jewelry, guns, toys etc.) and the customer service was okay. I bought a NICE looking tv, Samsung, for $100. Very big. I also purchased the warranty. When the huge tv broke, I felt heartbroken. It does not turn on on command or off. When I called to trade in, all they could offer me was my money back…no other $100 tvs just $300 on up. I decided to keep it and just never turn it off. That’s what I get for purchasing a Samsung for $100. I felt they kept it close to the front in order to sell quick only to have the buyer come back in the store, return it and buy a bigger one for more money and possibly other items.

Love this shop! Been here multiple times and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet me with a warm welcome and make me feel like family. I would recommend anyone to this pawnshop when they need cash or a good deal. David is the manager there - go see him! You will not be dissapointed

If you go here to sell your gold make sure you have an experience person testing your gold. I had a young lady that tested my bracelet and told me it wasn’t real and didn’t pass the test. although I’ve tested many many gold items and I do have my own gold tester kit at home and I tested my bracelet at home and it showed as gold. I also went to another jewelry and they even said my bracelet was gold so if you go there to sell your gold make sure you have an experience person to test your gold.

If you go here make sure they wrap your items in front of you. The people at this shop went as LOW as STEALING our laptop chargers. I first noticed it when our red laptop which is bigger had a small charger when i opened the wrapping, and a white sticker on the cord. I took the battery pack off the laptop and the model number on the laptop battery pack DOES NOT MATCH the model number on the cord charger. Remember your Battery’s Model Number is also on your laptop’s box & battery pack on the laptop. These disgusting folks thought we would not notice two new computers with OLD chargers? Ridiculous. Don’t give them business. They are crooked and will find ways to mess over nice people. I called to speak with the manager, he immediately got defensive before I could even finish talking. “We don’t switch no chargers here.” He told me they do not have extra chargers lying around and didn’t switched them. Sorry trashy people. I will upload pics of this for you all to see. I have to order two new chargers. The mess they gave us gets very hot and has old scratches on it. I’m not putting that back in my laptop. I wanted to give them a chance to correct it and give them a good review, but they do not deserve it. I will not waste my time and drive returning to that store so that he can lie to my face even more. Laptop chargers, really? Don’t take your stuff here. They all are pathetic. UPDATE: After ordering a new charger I powered on this brand new laptop the system is slow as heck. Was not slow at all! It’s new! It’s unbearable. This laptop was purchased for me for school just two days prior to taking it to the this shop. I cannot even open my settings folder to wipe it clean! You’ve been warned.

Terrible. I feel disrespected and hustled by not only the employees but their slick manager too. I feel cheated on what seemed like a great deal at first I was told by Ever that these were great tvs and laptops. When all said and done the laptop wasn't the greatest and neither where the tvs. I feel like they switched out what I was trying to buy off layaway for the holidays. I think some of them aren't there anymore but they all deserve to either get better with customers or go look for work elsewhere.

Up dated, this pawn shop keep exceeding beyond their an dB my expectations. Crystal is one of the best employees to work, since their manager change, I still get really good deals regardless if I buy or pawn. David has been one of the best managers to to work out deals... keep going back because they keep getting better I love this pawn shop. I have done business with email for about a year, my parents a little more... these guys are very customer oriented, meaning they actually get to know who there customers are over time, and cunduct personalized business with each individual customer based on the needs. Giving really good prices on items, as well as doing what ever can be done to give the most money

As I sidle pass this shop (on a somewhat daily basis) I dream of beautiful men presenting me with any one of these unbelievably fabulous pieces. The jewelry is original and made by mostly local artists. Love love love it. However, this place is not for the cheap. One star docked for expensiveness.

Great experience with all the staff, they are polite and always help you find what you need. Great deals and they always help me out when Im between paychecks. Who is Maggie? I’ve always for Melissa either way I prefer this location over the rest!

My first time going in there and everyone was so friendly and they greet you when you walk in. Everything is so organized and clean. I went in to pawn my jelwery and got a really good deal and they're not just trying to take your items but also help you. I went to another pawn shop and I was gonna get trash for my jelwery. I will definitely keep going and I highly recommend this place.
